Most women only "date up" and since most men who are at the top or even slightly above average(in all spheres like income, looks, status etc) get multiple dates and enjoy the fruits of their hard work(most of the time) or the fruits of luck, and cannot commit to multiple women by very definition(even if they wanted to), the rest of the men who for various reasons couldn't achieve the success of the men above, will stay single because the top are getting the majority of the women. More women than men are going to therapy, are healing, are working on themselves to become better....now it's men's turn. I've heard more often than not that men do recognize their downfalls, their dysfunction, but they have that "that's who I am, it is what it is" mindset and use it as an excuse to hurt not only others but themselves as well. You fail to realize that society and a lot of households tell men it’s not okay to show emotion and to man up when they feel pain or sadness. I was told the same thing. Especially in school growing up, if you were the boy who cried when he got hurt then you’re the weak one, you’re the one that’s teased for it. You eventually learn not to cry as a child under any circumstance in public to avoid ridicule. As a man I would never do so in a public place, a funeral? Maybe. Women are usually given a green light. Most men feel they don’t need help even in their darkest hour. A lot of that is denial, another reason is being too afraid to ask for help. I understand people need to be accountable, but walk in those shoes for a mile. It’s not as easy as just healing or going to therapy for most men. Loneliness is a choice. We women put in a lot of effort to make and keep our relationships with friends and family. Men seem to approach women as conquests, not as people. Men approach other men as enemies or to impress each other. Men often don't stay connected to family members, to the point they avoid family, even avoiding their own partner and the partners family. If you are lonely, you need to build relationships with other humans and not just a romantic one. Women will avoid men that have no friends or family because we don't want to be the only person in a mans life, which often translates to being personal therapist, and only source of interaction. You can't expect one person to be the only person in your life.

I believe this is 110% accurate due to the level of hatred and resentment men tend to have towards single women -- especially those of who have opted out of motherhood. They know that women are pretty much their only vessel for companionship and depend on women (way more than we do on them) to carry their emotional loads. So when women opt out of taking on these roles they get upset. But they only have themselves to blame for this. Self-work and actually being someone who is desirable to keep around is generally required if you want a girlfriend and/or wife.

I wish all the men in their 20’s who are going through this mental and physical isolation would stick it out into their 30’s. If you do this, you will unlock a new vigor in life, I PROMISE you! There will still be problems, but the smoothness and finesse in which you tackle those problems will radiate an attractive energy about you. Trust me. With all due respect, any person can make the choice to not be lonely by giving themselves out there and socializing with neighbors and family and friends and getting involved in activities that take your mind off being lonely such as gardening or riding your bicycle little hiking and swimming or doing other outside activities to prevent loneliness. I feel that it's a choice of a person wanting to wallow in the fact that they're lonely and doesn't have the capability to get out there and do things and be active so that they're not lonely

Yes, men just expect women to fall on their peen just because they exist. They don’t do anything to fix their shortcomings and just stay in their parents basement being resentful. You rarely see this problem with single women.
