We need an annual mainline vehicle poll and a Haslab poll. Especially if there could be a new Haslab each year. The fanbase should have the most say in what will be in our collections. I think the answer for paywalling figures behind Haslabs etc is just give them an exclusive card and more accessories (swappable heads etc) but make a more basic version available in the mainline at a later date. It completely bummed me out that my fav version of my fav character (Kanan Jarrus) was exclusive to the Ghost, which I would have loved to be able to back but just couldn't due to several lifestyle factors. Ultimately the "reward" for backing a Haslab is the Haslab itself.

The HasLab itself is the reward and exclusive. The T. Sisters I can understand, but Wuhr is a key character and should be available to all collectors.

Season 1 greef karga just seems like a trolly/meme request everytime i hear it. I appreciate that people (including me) want him for their nevarro cantina shootout but it seems like a crazy use of new tooling to me! Surely this is on par with Kitster and Wald and episode 2 sio bibble XD

QFNW: Other than updated articulation, when Hasbro does get around to updating Bossk for TVC are there any other features you would like to see added? Maybe an alternate headsculpt with a different expression? Or maybe alternate hands, with two gripping hands and two non-gripping hands, so you can finally display Bossk with two blasters (assuming that's something you want to do)? Or do you feel that these ideas might end up pushing the figure into Hasbro's non-deluxe "deluxe" territory?

Thanks for answering my question Bossk, hope you have a good Christmas. I think it very likely we get a Beskar trooper in 2025, I can see them reusing the jet pack from the jet pack trooper. Need something to fight all those Mandy’s with. As for the death trooper zombie, the current death trooper mold is a real pain, I think the lower legs/calves are too long because I can never get a decent kneeling pose out of them. I always have to stretch the front leg out a bit to get the knee on the ground. They also look really skinny when next to normal stormtroopers.

I just finished receiving the recent wave by HasbroPulse and EVERY single fig came in perfect-to-nearly perfect. 8 or 9x figs and all were perfect! If you know me, u know I dont throw around big complements like this, (especially clogging up the "Comments" section of someone's channel!) BUUUUT Hasbro Pulse deserves credit for this. Whatever they're doing here stateside, I hope they keep it up because this' exactly what on-card collectors want. Of course, being able to walk in-store and find these in good condish is probably a bigger dream for us older collectors, but until those days make a comeback, this is exactly what we want. Kudos HP! They came one here, two there; not altogether in an 8-packed box...which is my usual way of buying 'em, but I was cherry-picking figs with this & the other crusty D+ heavy wave. Idk, thought it worth mentioning because BBTS and to a tiny degree, EE has been dropping the ball lately. EE is def preferred between the two big companies.

QFNW: I recall throughout the year many of us speculated that they were holding a lot of slots for skeleton crew figures and that might have been to blame for what seemed to be a bit of slow period for tvc or repacks/repaints… now with the show finally airing and being pretty well received so far we still have no new reveals. Do you think we’re looking at another hunter/bad batch situation with Jod na nawood? Maybe jod and hunter can meet up at the cantina.

QFNW: if you HAD to choose an older style saga or VC figure to never-ever-get retooled and updated, which would you say is “good enough” to be locked in its current form? Hey bossk. Great videos as always. I watched the reveal video for the Heir to the Empire pack and noticed your liking of the mustache and side burns on captain Peleaon. It’s clear Hasbro has the tech to make nice hair and facial hair. May QFNW is if we can please start backing the #MaketheMadine campaign? As always I enjoy watching your weekly video as part of winding down my Sunday nights and I really look forward to them. QFNW - 2025 was declared to be “Return to Tatooine” with lots of stuff promised to come under that theme. So far, other than Luke, and if you want to count Aurra Sing, there are no other figures scheduled to ship in 2025 with current release dates through May being announced. The other slated items are Ben, Han, Chewie, Momaw Nadon, a playset with a Jawa, and the Cantina and attached figures. So, where is everything else? Is it all going to be loaded to the back end of 2025 to coincide with when people get their Cantina’s? Two figures over five months hardly makes it seem like “a lot of stuff” even with the other announced items. If feels like this might be something that we are short changed on again. What do you think?

I’ve been a fan of Star Wars figures all my life, had my first X-wing when I was 4 (1994) and went to several Cons were my uncles and I hang out with Steve Sansweet. QFNW, I was wondering if one could fit Cobb’s armour into the Tusken Raider Boba Fett, so it looks like Boba Fett in season 2 of Mandalorian before it repaints the armour! Have you tried that? Hey Bossk, first time commenting but been watching your channel for a long time. So my question is, on Yakface’s recently updated master list for TVC next year he has Momaw Nadon listed with a code of “Deluxe Snooga”. Do you think this means that he will probably be a deluxe figure and, if so, should we start badgering Hasbro now to get it changed before it’s too late? Personally, I think it would be well out of order them putting an original 96 on a deluxe card and I’d be unlikely to buy it even though he was high on my list of fan polls. Great video as always!

I saw Steve Evans' recent presentation at 'Farthest from Vintage Star Wars Toy Fair' on youtube, which got a lot of headlines for the Retro Collection 6 pack reveal, but the information covered on the Vintage Collection about the plans for 2026 (re: storytelling from a very different era to Return to Tatooine), the Mandalorian and Grogu product tie ins and the update to the Vintage Collection poster to be expected (and an issuance of it for fans it seems) over the next 6 months for Return to Tatooine in conjunction with more reveals to complete that story suggests we are in for an exciting and more focused few years ahead. In light of the recent 3 pack announcement for Heir to the Empire, do you think a focus on the EU may be the story for 2026 rather than a specific set of movies? Thanks as always, steve

I have bought brand new packs before (VC and Retro) which I expected would contain unpunched figures but did not. QFNW: POTF2 gave us a bunch of re-released vintage molds back in the 90s. Do you think there’s space for that kind of production today under the TVC or even Retro lines? It is so hard to find out of production figures I really want without having to pay an arm and a leg. Also where do you suggest looking for such figures? I used to use TungHori for loose figures I wasn't worried about getting on cardback. I also have used eBay but that's where it gets super expensive for out of production figures, even loose ones. Hey Tim, I’ve been watching your videos for years, good job! I have my original vintage figures, POTF2 and most of 3.75 scale until today. In the last years I started collecting TVC in parallel to OT and Mandalorian TBS but lately I stoped buying TBS due to financial and space reasons. I see myself now in the situation where this hobby is starting to put me in a tight situation. It is a large expense but mainly I’m running out of space. I’m wondering if it’s only me or are there other people going through the same situation?

We also have "make the mains" and "complete the crews" but these are more focused on the prequels and new media. I want the four armed sand monster from book of boba, and the creepy kidnapper spider robot from Manalorian season 3. The fact I don’t know what to call them necessitates the need of a figure. Edit : and Burg the Devaronian that Clancy brown played and a vintage collection miggs mayfield from that episode , with the three guns and give him a removable wig so I can pretend it’s a dash Rendar figure , I got the six inch hanging out with shadows of the empire dash and Hu Yang in the back pack arms section of my shelf and it don’t look right.

Hasbro play fast and loose with "Exclusive" figures don't they? Ree Yees was exclusive to Jabba's Place, until the ROTJ 4-pack. As a carded collector and occasional loose collector it annoys me that I'd have to buy 2 e-wings to get Kea-N4 (1 for the display and 1 carded). So yeah I do believe that figures should be released in the regular line (perhaps with a different card-back, like the Rebels Crew). Talking of the E-wing, why no stand? All 'flying' vehicles, creatures, etc. should come either with a Stand or a Stand should be offered for sale at the same time.

My answer for most wanted TVC from The Mandalorian is and will always be Frog Lady. A deluxe carded Frog Lady with egg canister would be my dream figure for any show/movie. My question for next week comes from the featuring of Ketwol in this video, who reminds me of Neel in Skeleton Crew. What are your top choices for child/younger characters in TVC? Let's say pick one from the OT, PT, ST, Rogue One or Solo, any animated show and any live action show, excluding Skeleton Crew.

We've also been getting many less exclusives, which i mean is good? kinda? Its more annoying to find exclusives.. but if Carbonized or similar helps make them money i'm all for it- if it doesn't take away costs from TVC. I think Mando and some blue characters could work in Carbonized it really doesn't work on white or yellow (Shore trooper/Stormtrooper/flametrooper) However i wouldn't even want the best case senario, where you get something like the 187th and 91st legions done in walmart, 41st in kmart etc.. as it'd make it much harder to army build them.

Not necessarily a QFNW, but I really want to get a Mando with the barbell hips (death to the ball joint!), but with how many get released it's hard for me to keep track of which figures have the updated joints and what the cheapest way to get them is. Greetings Bossk! QFNW, with the release of Skeleton Crew, and the Black Series getting a nearly complete lineup of figures from that series and TVC only getting one figure (so far), I see a lot of divide between fan bases. The Black Series crowd insists that TVC has so many more figures, regardless of the fact that BS has received a complete cast of Bad Batch, Andor, and Acolyte figures, as well as a TPM Anniversary assortment that TVC missed completely, not to mention upcoming characters such as Prince Xizor. Why do you think there is such a hostile division between these fan bases? Essentially, we're all enjoying the same hobby, but I always duck out of "discussions" regarding these respective lines whenever the conversation devolves into personal insults. I just hate seeing such hostility toward one fan base or the other... (apologies, my questions always end up in a rant)

There's nothing wrong with her legs IMHO, but I guess people like to complain for some reason. If you check Andor EP 7, where she and Partagas walk down the hallway at around 40 mins. They are the same height IRL (5-5). Their uniforms look exactly the same. They both have giant baggy pants, so why wouldn't the figure as well?

Hasbro overproduces all Star Wars toys. Except for a rare few. I think if you back 1 or more HasLabs The carded figures should never be re-released. You back a HasLab for the Exclusivity of said HasLab. Not for Hasbro to re-release any of thr HasLab figures later. This is what killed TBS line. When they released TBS ARCHIVE figures. If you can wait 9 months to a year. You can get most of TBS at Ollie's, ROSS, or some clearance isles. And Hasbro should ditch the Retro line. Unless they're using them as a tax write-off.They're very unpopular peg warmers. You can get everone of them at Ollie's and ROSS for $2.99 each.

I get virtually all new TVC figs. However I am skipping Dedra. The man-legs on it are eye popping and awful. I understand the desire to save some $ on tooling, but when they make an absolute eyesore in pursuit of that goal, a lot of people are going to pass.
