This child is trying to get help. People will criticize him either way fat or on meds. These meds aren’t for everyone but at this point he’s extremely overweight and won’t make it if something isn’t done. Hopefully he learns portion control and better eating from this as well.

Weight loss drugs don't work, it's more about diet and exercise. Fast food is the reason to blame for children being over weight.
