My Uncle Lt.Col Ravi Thabah (martyred) also opted Para SF from IMA and he succeeded the provisional course and was in the Para regiment right after pass out 😊

Before passing out from IMA or OTA, it is not confirmed that you will make it to SF even if you opted for it as mentioned in the video. Btw yes cadets who are opting for SF are also able to lead the pop.
