To get the Top Rated badge is not a big deal. Thats why they are not giving importance to this badge now. Personally I think they might change the criteria in the future.

I hired freelancer on Upwork. On job post, I got proposal that has 20k+ earnings and 100k+ earnings. So I preferred 100k+ because s/he has more experience on the said field and serving clients. If we apply the same principle on search results - like we don't hide earnings on search results. Will it have a positive impact? What do you think?
