I think a few characters will betray Griffith. Zod is the most important character that will betray Griffith and the manga hints at this. Zod doesn't like the way Griffith is moving now. Zod teaming up with Guts cant go wrong either.

They’re the same person. Griffith is always in his human form the only time that we have seen him in his Femto form is when he flies up to kill Ganishka with Zodd.
