@@fxgspartan for real, splatoon 2 is less messy because of all the new ultimate that are just not balanced like wtf, the games feels very bad compared to splatoon 2, they really have to balance the weapons and ultimate, it is an anarchy game, like the dev wont play the game competitivly

Eh I still like splat 2 more then 3 due to nostalga and it being sentimental to me with my Grandma when she was still here ,but I won't lie the story mode is really fun.

honestly learning table turf battle, might be the best part of the game lol. For some pointers, gotta make sure to use the "backline"/high number cards in the start of a round, and use the "short range"/low number cards in the front since when both players ink the same tile of turf at the same turn, the lower number actually splats it. That and I'd recommend using special attacks not only to turf enemy ink, but to also give you the ability to more easily charge even more special attacks with the freedom to place blocks on already inked surfaces, including your own. And make sure you don't have TOO many high-numbered cards in your deck, or else you'll very easily run out of room to play them. My one gripe is I got no idea if you can actually engage in multiplayer in the mode, the way the game works you very easily could... But it seems at most you can go against AI copies of other players' decks. Another cool thing about it potential-wise is that because the rules are simple enough, it can be very easily recreated in real life, pack system and all. And seeing how successful the series is, that might end up being an inevitability...

@@Narioooo don’t feel too bad not getting it at first, I played a good deal of card games like hearthstone inscryption and slay the spire and it still took me a while to beat the baby jelly… But i think it’s alot of fun! And I kind of find it adorable that in a land where kids’s favorite activity is lethally-but-not-so-lethally shooting eachother, my inkling is just chilling playing cards against the local fish people. Makes for a very fun contrast to the game imo

If the attacker is skilled enough, they can do enough damage to bypass the armor and kill not even 3 seconds after getting out of spawn. If it really was invincibility, the damage would bounce off. That's a HUGE difference.

In my eyes the only edge Splatoon 3 has over 2 is the gameplay. On the technical side Splatoon 2 is way better. Right now Splatoon 3 has some really unfair matchmaking. I really regret transferring my splat 2 file cause now I’m facing some sweaty no lifes. And the biggest problem is the communication errors. The fact that I basically have a random chance of being able to play the fucking game online without lagging out is ridiculous. Currently, I am actually playing Splatoon 2 instead of 3 and I’m having way more fun. Nintendo just has to fix the broken servers and matchmaking so I can finally play the game how it was intended.

Splatoon 2 is better, better match making, better maps, better Idols by far. I really don't enjoy the ranking system it feels like it punishs you for being good turning the game into 1 v 4 situation. Splatoon 3 has a lot of mechanics improvement but everything else lacks.

bro is just listing the new features, but the game balance is bad, the gameplay is messy due to a mess of crap of ultimates (like the Ultra Stamp), there are a lot less maps so the game seems repetitiven, the fps drops are recurrent, I repeat , the game is NOT BALANCED AT ALL! Just a more messy version of splatoon 2. and yes the non-gameplay new features are cool, luckily besides since it's a "new" game lol, and yes the single player mode is much better. but the gameplay and feelling of the game seems messy and unreadable. It's beautiful and good anarchy as they say. Despite this I am not disappointed with my purchase but really disappointed with the poor quality of the matchmaking (like 4 short range vs 2 or 3 long range and a short range) and the number of maps is pathetic
