Darth Vader can't even use force lightning BECAUSE of his suit, and Grevious has a lot more cybernetics and less organic parts than Vader. He's essentially a few organs kept alive by a cybernetic body, a good jolt of lightning would be all it'd take unless there's lore about them being insulated.
