Guys, do not come to UK on study visa . Trust me you will get tough time if you want white collar jobs . Even blue collar jobs are also cut down . Try to come only if you get work visa or enough money back up without loan so that you study and free to go anywhere .Don’t live in fancy dream . Corporates have govt pressure to give chance to locals first. They will never let you feel this . My friends left UK without any thing in hand . They worked in stores , retails for 2 years and now they have nothing professional experience to show on their resume . So think and invest in skills in India itself and then move abroad on job .Live in your own mother land . Every developed nations are going through a tough time from immigration . Mainly illegal immigration . Let them live peacefully .I am happy that I got an offer internally from my company . Thanks !

In my own humble opinion, UK masters degrees are overrated. Professionals are better off registering with the regulatory bodies and just practice if they intend to work in the UK. The cost of studies for international students in UK cannot be justified especially amidst the other restrictions. That's the real reason students are preferring elsewhere.

If I get a nice IT job with the help of your job assistance service then is it worth coming to UK with a dream of settling down in these times ?

Hey I’m planning for masters in Finance in 2025 intake, with 3 years work experience as a CBSE social science and economics teacher. Will it be worth for shifting from India to UK for my masters?
@Raptor-2221 сағат бұрын
Most companies won’t value your experience in the UK. Some may. But understand when you come to the UK you will effectively be treated as a graduate. Have a look at entry level salary for the specific job you do. See how many of them are open to visa sponsorship. Most graduate schemes that companies offer don’t offer sponsorship either. Your best bet is to save up enough money and get yourself into a Russel group uni. From there try pursuing a funded PHD in your field and you will have a significantly better chance of getting a skilled work visa. But don’t listen to other people on here selling you dreams. I know this process, don’t go to a sh1t university either. Go the PHD route otherwise forget it. Reform party will come in after Labour. It will become even more difficult. My advice is go to Europe instead

@raajac2720 To be honest buddy, it doesn't make sense at the moment. I have jad my Master's from a university in the UK which has been ranked as #15 under 100 best universities in UK itself. I did score totaln my studies. I do have 5 years of experience in project management as a lead in a UK company, 2 years in data analysis in a US company and another 2 years in HSBC bank, I never had a chance to even appear for an interview, all I get is "Unfortunately, you are not selected and feedback will not be provided due to high volume of applications" The things is they do not need immigrants to work for them until and unless it's something like a job where it's hard for the companies to bire a native due to skill issues. Additionally, I would like to echo your point, you are very correct majority of the immigrants in the UK are just taking some random courses just to reach UK, most of them have no aim, no ambition or passion in what they study. They take it as a loop hole to reach UK, using student visa, hoping that they're gonna have a chill life in here but that's not what they get when they are here. However, considering both the scenarios, the UK does not need immigrants anymore to work for them. Again, they will never stop PSW on masters and other courses, just because they need money from other countries to support their universities and economy.

@@YourKnowledgeBuddy Exactly my point. A very low %age of students are not getting work visa comapared to say round 2020-21 when market just opened up after Coviid. Also the recent tightening of overall immigration rules is not helping either as comapnies are getting spooked by it. Almost every other job now ask this basic quesion vene before you apply with a CV: Will you now or in the future require visa sponsorship? If you anwer yes, you know your chances.
