Dear Sir, In order for India to achieve recognition among the top universities worldwide, it is crucial to ensure proper compensation for researchers. Increasing the PhD fellowship immediately is essential to retain talented individuals. So plz plz plz shift the entire focus of professors and concerned authorities towards increasing the fellowship. We don't want the more buildings or more courses or the removal of fans from our hostels (for cooling or suicide or whatever). All we sincerely desire is a hike in PhD stipends. That's it! Thank you🙏
