"They go to countries speaking in tongues hoping that people in those countries would understand, which they don't.... burning bridges on a one way ticket..." In my 35 yrs in the Pentecostal church I have not met a single member who did that. Speaking in tongues is not even used for preaching in individual churches where it is preached that interpretation is necessary for the understanding of all. 1 corinthians 14v5. If you trash something, you won't be bothered to experience it. I have heard testimonies of people who remember where the Spirit of God enabled them to speak in tongues including one who was in his crop field, heard a sound like a rushing wind and suddenly, tongues.

All in all, it’s not a sound doctrine because in Corinthians it gives tongues a structure of how it should be done. He also states that he rather us speak a common language than tongues if it helps non believers. He also calls it a spiritual gift. Not everyone will experience this gift and how can someone receive this gift and “know” they’re saved? The Bible doesn’t talk about initial evidence of the Holy Spirit. That is a made up term for humans to fit their narrative and discredit that 1 Corinthians is referring to the “tongues” they’re talking about. The Bible says preach sound doctrine, Pentecostal is unsound in many ways.

When improving myself, before, being very critical of anybody else, in dealing with my Higher Power. I do not have the right being critical at all, only toward me.

The "expert" doesn't discuss instances or differences between Xenoglossy versus Glossolalia? What a joke.
