I'd just like to share my experiences with subliminals and can assure they certainly work. It is finding the best subliminals that is the hard part and they can be quite expensive. I understand that the subconscious is the emotional mind and that you need to feel like you have whatever it is that you want now. But when you mentioned “vibratory alignment” you need to understand that beliefs are created through repetition of words, so if you listen to affirmations several times a day, everyday for at least 2-3 months, you create the belief that you can have it. 1. You need to be able see yourself in the final destination. 2. The purpose of the subliminal should resonate with you. 3. You need to be vibrationally aligned with the subliminal message. 4. Here is what you guys can try 1. You can try picturing a phone call of the thing you want and imagine how the phone call makes you feel. For example if you want more money, you can imagine a friend calling you and say congrats on winning all that money, so you manifest the event that leads to that phone call. 2. Also if your desire comes in parts just imagine you doing the steps. Break up visualizing each step in parts. Like if you want to be a successful business owner, picture you finding the perfect business for you. Then when it manifest, picture tones of customers, next money etc. then before you know it the whole thing would manifest. 3. Lastly, you can train your focus buy visualizing you just drinking a cup of good coffee or doing some mundane thing you like to train your imagination to be as descriptive as possible. You can also try methods of scripting ( writing it down your intentions) then bask on how it makes you feel. You can try acting as if you already got it to trick your subconscious. Visualizing is one of the most powerful ones because images more than words, can produce a feeling of having it ( because most people struggle with acting as if). The key is to do what brings the emotion to unlock the feeling that it is yours so it can come to you effortlessly.

The first one is absolutely true. Feeling is important. The second one is not - you don't have to make your own subliminal. You can if you want to but it is not necessary. If you want money. You can listen to a money subliminal on KZbin, constantly believe that you already have what you desire, feel that you have your desire and it will work. Any manifestation technique will work if you give it the power to.

The best way I’ve found to trusting subliminals is to practice them each and every day to prevent any doubt thats on your mind. What I like to do is start listening to any subliminal or effect that I want and then I listen to that subliminal over and over and over again until my mind starts to fuel up with trusting energy and as you listen to it more and more and more, you will start hearing the words in the background but extremely audibly meaning that your brain is growing trust and experience with subliminals. It’s all about experience and with this very helpful tip that I’m putting out here, this is has helped me out so much and I’m now at intermediate level with subliminals thanks to this trick I found. Anyway, just listen to one subliminal for about an hour or however you feel comfortable listening to the subliminal but it has to be more than an hour so you start gaining experience trusting wise with subliminals. Do this everyday and you will gain more and more experience with subliminals. This is a 100% working method and this truly does work. If you’re a beginner like I was and don’t use this method, you will struggle listening and trusting subliminals. Even mental blockages that you watch to clear your mind lasts for only a day or two before that doubt comes back so you need to practice experience with subliminals and train your mind to allow these affirmations to come into your mind without any doubting problems and that’s what this exercise does. Hope this helps out a lot of people as this truly did help me out quite a lot. Please share this on every subliminal video as I’d greatly appreciate it.

30 days isn’t long enough for a superpower subliminal to take effect. normal subliminals generally are 3 weeks to 3 months. you gave superpowers 30 days and quit and then told the world. i started writing and reciting affirmations in 1982. i started using subliminals in early 2018. i’ve had incredible results from subliminals written by others using affirmations unseen by me. Do i believe there is room for great results from my own custom subliminals? absolutely. but i don’t think of everything and i don’t plagiarize. i choose to take your thoughts as encouragement to pursue making my own custom subs as the way to proceed. i’ve had one or two i have been working on but they e been long term incomplete masterpieces.

To me, subliminals exude "fake it till you make it" energy xD I use it because it gives me good vibes and makes me feel motivated to work towards what I want. I put in the work to achieve the body I want and the grades I want. They won't come to me just from listening to them alone. This is from my own experience though. I've seen comments where people say they get results just from listening to them, but I haven't had immediate results. Just had a shift in motivation.
