They will never be a better al pastor taco than Mexico at 2am on the side of the street with a minchelada in your big Styrofoam cup with butterfly shrimp lime cooked with diced onions lightly pickled and with a dash of salt and peppers on top of the lid...ya'll talk about cooking with pineapple try using tangerines when you get the plate they give it to u on foil..and u order 2 at a time so every taco you eat is fresh and doesn't get cold and you see abuelita on the side making fresh tortillas by the order..gotta love guanajuato
