It’s crazy how Tariq was converted from WR to CB like Richard Sherman was and they were picked 1 spot away from each other. Tariq is a taller, faster, more gifted Richard Sherman. Sherman has also been in the Seahawks facility kinda mentoring Tariq and giving him tips and knowledge. He could be a special player for years to come, and I’m more than excited about it.

It would be staggering if Tariq Woolen won NFL Defensive Player of the Year. The Award on average goes to the 11th overall.pick. Most Award winners were top ten picks. The latest pick since 1967 when they started giving out the Award was the #63 pick. Woolen was taken with the 153rd pick! This is like winning the lottery.

This year's class of CB is probably the best the draft has produced. There are atleast 5 that has legit probowl/all-pro potential. Woolen, Sauce, Stingley, Elam from the Bills, and Jack Jones from NE. Then there's also Emerson in Cle and Kendricks with the rams, both looks solid and are can be long time starters moving forward

Also you are wrong, against Seattle Sauce was only covering DK half the time, he did not stay lined up against the #1 receiver he mostly just played on the one side. @lilsavdabest Жыл бұрын
It's common knowledge really. 😂 He probably played or was at least on a team. I used to memorize playbooks, since I was 11 I studied playbooks, if I grew past 5'5 I would have been in the NFL. I broke a record in school jumping 43.5 inches off the ground from a standing position with no build up, just squat down and jump up, that is literally higher than 90% of professional athletes can jump. I have spent my entire life learning football schemes and have almost become a coach about 12 times. 😂 Really anyone obsessed with the game is going to know a lot about schemes. I learned how to read defenses from playing madden and I am constantly yelling at quarterbacks for reading defenses wrong in real life. In school I played receiver and safety, I had the playbook memorized within 2 days.

I'm not saying he should've went 1st or 2nd round even (tho hindsight he should've) but how a team wasn't willing to spend a 3rd or 4th on him is baffling. His size and speed are literally prefect for the position.

You did not address who is seeing the most action, or who is spending more time matched up against WR1s, or what if any effect game scripts have, or if there is any difference in their ability in tackling or run support.
