I would add: biomechanics. If your body for example has a region like tibia to femur or pelvis to sacrum bone Dysfunction this can negatively effect the strain on your Achilles tendon. Meaning if you had a injury or overexertion of a interconnected area and you are still "running" around with it still is not going to give your body the amount of leeway for the heel and Achilles tendon to function freely. Thus creating even more strain than normal. Resulting in more chance of "catching" a injury. Somtimes it is because of not taken care overstrained/not properly functioning joints or connective tissues etc.

He probably kept playing after a too hard off season. Its a build up of load and stress without enough rest and recovery.

@@Qdaboss-d9z yea but a lot of players not only don’t practice but they play less and still have these injuries. Meaning if they ATLEAST practiced or got active in some regard it wouldn’t be like this

So load management causes injuries
@blackout2430 Жыл бұрын
@@Grind2Excellence you can’t be constantly sitting and then get in the game and think you’re not going to have the strength or endurance to actually play hard. I thought this would be common sense

@@Grind2Excellence nah when you don't play or do anything for a whole week then go crazy all of a sudden then repeat
