@420KinK Yes of course I read it, however you missed the irony of my comment which was about "in fairness to Elon and his teams they have delivered more tech over more fields than anyone else in the world" Like it or not, Musk does say he will be releasing many new technologies, but most fail to get to market due to not being able to deliver what the market is expected for the technology.
@eoghanfla63433 жыл бұрын
@420KinK are you saying solar and the battery is enough or you’d like more? For me where I live their solar product isn’t available and I’m not sure about the battery either. But either way these are still very expensive and in my opinion we need them available to many more people for less so we can make a difference.
@eoghanfla63433 жыл бұрын
@420KinK you’re missing the point bud. We have grants here but the issue is that this hardware is only available to the wealthy. To make a proper global difference it needs to be available to most. And I disagree with you about it being a Tesla problem. One of Elon’s goals was to make an electric car for the masses. To do this he need to sell expensive cars to many, then use that cash to develop and sell the 3 to the middle classes, then increase production and reduce the price even further so you could get it into more hands. This is what I’d like them to do with home energy. Plus without sounding disrespectful there is also the issues locally with the grid and sending power back to the grid. That’s not available everywhere. Anyways I’d like the home equivalent of the model 3 or better!

Tesla's robotaxis don't require special infrastructure, just use the road systems we have. Tesla Bot will do the same, use existing infrastructure. It's very important to "blend in". People already know how to interact with other people on the street, so there's no need to educate the public, like with all the other stupid robots, which require their own lane in cities...

UBI *will* work because depending on a job for physical survival is silly. Just because you don't have a job doesn't mean you're going to sit around doing nothing. You can do anything you want without the threat of starvation and homelessness hanging over you. It's obvious this is new to you and you haven't thought it through, but trust me when I say-- there are a lot of geniuses all around the world who have devoted their life to UBI and it's a sound concept.

If you believe you have to labor in order to survive you are brainwashed. That's what the rich tell the poor to keep turning their enormous wealth machines. One might need to preocuppy themselves with day to day tasks or maintain healthy realistic longterm goals but slaving away to make others rich isn't mandatory for your survival. It's mandatory for theirs. Humans didn't begin with a labor based economy and they survived just fine.
