I think the key is Clemson not having a healthy Mafah or maybe not an effective backup RB at this point. This hurt Clemson in the second half against SMU. I don’t think it’s going out on a limb to say Texas wins. The reason I think this game will not be a blowout is that I disagree that Texas is going to be successful running the ball on Clemson . Clemson is going to scheme to put pressure on Ewers to get him moving. THIS is where I see the game…how well will Ewers hit his targets? If he is effective, Texas wins this game perhaps comfortably. If he struggles, this game will be closer than many think.

Texas' weakness has not been running the ball. The only team that has stopped them running the ball all year was Georgia. They ran all over Arkansas, Kentucky, and A&M. They ran for 250 yards on the Aggies and Kentucky, and both teams have really good fronts. Do you guys even do any research????

Texas’ season adjusted sos is 15th in the nation Clemson’s is 54th. Source: college football network Google it. Clemson ain’t seen anything like Texas’ D. As you guys said, Clemson is a weaker aTm. Texas dominated atm from start to finish. ATM tried 3 x to run the ball through the Texas front on 4th downs, and they got STUFFED all 3 times.

@ Clemson lost to Louisville. Lost to both sec teams they’ve played. If u want to play the results game then the fact they haven’t beat a sec team would not have me hopeful as a fan.
