That's a funky little bike. Those handlebar controls look like Lucas controls (like the British bikes have.) Half the reason I help people get their motorcycles running is so I can hopefully take it for a spin when we're done. Plus it feels good when you get one running or get it running better than it was.

When i was a kid i had a 73 honda sl70 that would do 55 miles an hour. Lol at 12 years old i was flying and i rode it all over the back country roads where we lived. This little bike is just as cool.

@@motorcyclerewind I think $150 on Marketplace. We went riding today. Great ride on enduros through awesome trials. I lost it on the Honda CRF 250 in a sand trap. Launched from the bike and my head hit a fallen oak branch. Glad I had my helmet on. Very good. Shoulder a little sore. Next time I will wear my armor.

@@motorcyclerewind yes the vintage pedal starts. Loved them. Scooters are fun too. I know there was a difference with permits etc in CA back in the day. Love the small stuff. 50 cc crowd.

I remember seeing these in the UK when I was at school in the 80's, lots of them about, along with the Honda Express the one with the bicycle style wheels and normally bright yellow or orange frames

Of course it's peppy, it's 50 cc but it's a 2 stroke, it's got to have about the same pull as the Honda C-90.
