I've owned mine for three years and 21,000 miles. It's still tight as a drum, with tremendous torque, that doesn't quit pulling until you take your foot off the gas. Oil changes are a breeze, along with all other standard maintenance. Can you tell I love it?

Great to hear, I hope to own one someday soon

You’ve only driven the vehicle for 21k? That’s only a year’s worth of driving.

@@MrSamPhoenix most sport sedan drivers own the sport cars as the second car. They usually drive an SUV or pickup as daily for work

600hp. What a time to be alive! I checked my local market in BC Canada and there are lots to choose from at low prices. I feel like the F80 M3 is already a large car for carrying family around but prices for those are staying quite high. It’s possible the M5 could be forgotten by buyers which leads to little upward price pressure. I can see prices are being pushed down in a hurry. European car out if warranty plus high gas prices could be the culprit. In BC many people are going EV.

How reliable would these be in the long run? Been looking at used F90s or the G80 M3
@GlennsCarCollection Жыл бұрын
I think they would be reliable if you don't tune them

So I was originally going to get a G80 but because they started in 2021, it was very tight for my budget and I didn’t want to force a cheaper model - but a 2019 M5 is now what I’m going for and I’m so glad because I feel it is the perfect all round car period, it’s a 10/10 in every category a car can have - and about £10k cheaper!

I'd say go with a brand new under warranty M340Xi, it has all the power one can ever need on the road.

Good point, I bought a 2020 M340i xdrive as my daily driver.

100% agree. Great car overall, but the price is still a bit high.

@@GlennsCarCollection All BMW M cars hold the value very well like the Porches 911. The SUVs would depreciate quicker.

What’s lease deal on one of these beauties? Love the color! This particular one had carbon brakes?
@GlennsCarCollection3 жыл бұрын
Yes, I believe it had carbon brakes. I would skip those as they constantly sequel. Not sure of the current lease prices but I think you can go to BMWUSA and build your own and they will give you a lease price

I do love these and looking for a larger sedan for my wife now (she loves performance, but hates BMW). She wants a 2018+ Panamera eHybrid or a new CT5-V Blackwing and I have been pushing her towards the blackwing because I think they will be resale monsters (probably only lose high 4 figures over 5 years). What do you think about this M5 vs. those options?
@GlennsCarCollection3 жыл бұрын
I drove a 2015 Panamera Hybrid, I liked it but slow. Newer ones probably faster. I would love to drive the blackwing. I filmed another driving video of a 2018 M5 today that I will post next week

Expensive for a four door daily transport even as a CPO but a very nice supercar sedan

Although I prefer the looks of this I think I’d regret not getting a Manual Cadillac ct5 blackwing…
