Fuuuuuk no. We finally get a qb and yall wanna get rid of one DC headcoach to go get another who hasn’t had a good season since 21 and that was with the best Rb in the last decade. The best qb he produced was Ryan Tannahill. Calebs development should be the number one priority. I would rather have Pete Carroll whos been to 2 SB and helped develop prime Russ. Otherwise Ben Johnson/Kliff Kingsbury should be the main targets.

Thomas Brown is under contract 2 more years as the Pass Game Cord. Interim status doesn't change that if Chicago wants him on this staff and he doesn't get an OC job, he's on this staff

I don't get the fasciation everybody has with this guy. Vrabel is trash. The dude was fired for going 6-18 in his last 24 games. He has the same issue all defensive coaches have. It's a constant rotation of OC's either because you fire him because sucks or lose him to another team because he is good. But with the inept moron poles and our front office is I can se us going after him.

Poles got to go. The pieces in trenches is most important. He failed offensive line making a gamble with nate davis , kirian , 4th round punter, picking Swift instead of barkley, gerald everret not being used. The offense line lacks effective blocks for running schemes. Swift picking the wrong holes to bounce out too. Missing quality lineman in first round drafts.

Quarterback is the most important position in football. Most people know this. So can you get a coach and focus on the quarterback and the offense. Absolutely. It’s been a perennial problem for the Chicago Bears football organization for decades. Poor and ineffective offensive football. Ben Johnson is the choice. People need to stop overthinking. Let’s find out what kind of staff he can bring to the Chicago Bears. There have been multiple first time head coaches that have had success. Just look at our division. Each head coach is a first time head coach, but we keep talking about bringing a 72 year old man to coach his team or man that had limited success with the Tennessee Titans. We have to do better than that. We just do.
