The article was written honestly. For once I see nothing but truth in article written about what people want in a partner. "Not intimidating" and "Wanting to be the pretty one" are literally saying directly that they are insecure and want a guy with what they know is an unattractive body (but not "too" unattractive to where they can't stand it) so they can have others who look at them go "Oh my god she's so pretty, why is she with him?" and the like. That's a relationship based entirely off insecurity, and needing complete domination over a partner to not feel insecure. And us guys should never have a problem with this. Because girls who think like this and go for dad bods will stay away from guys that look good, and that only helps us find girls actually worth having.

I think that the "DAD BOD" is more than that. If you have a hot body... I think that the girl will feel you can get somebody easily if you were to break up with her so she hasn't got the upper hand. But, if it the other way and you have a dad bod..... she knows it would be harder for somebody else to find you attractive thus she can feel dominant over you and you would have to keep her happy. Just my personal experience.

Nothing but facts. 6 months into my last relationship, I felt very disgusted with myself for being overweight. I decided to clean up my eating habits and lift 5x/week. I lost 70 lbs. needless to say. The leaner my face got, the more attractive I became. I got increasingly more attention from women in public much to my then gf's chagrin. Things quickly spiraled downhill with her and we broke up. Her words were: "You're no longer the guy I fell in love with." What's even worse is that I allowed that stupid girl into my life in the first place -- a girl enabling me to become a filthy slob.

After I saw this video 5 months ago I looked at myself and said fuck this body I started working out everyday except Sunday (Rest Day) I started at 210 lbs weak,size L ,I couldn't do a push up, couldn't run 1/4 mile and now 5 months later I'm at 182 lbs Goal is (170lbs)i Now have a max bench of 150lbs I am size M and runs mile in under 8 min.i Thank you Dom even though this video sarcasm it had actual truth #Thanks

I have a theory on this. As long as your speaking as a character, you can say what you truly feel in your heart. Yes, most of what dom says is over the top, but most of it is true and if someone just said it as a normal person, they would be torn to shreds by the pc culture. If you want to say something thats considered a little risky in todays world, make a charater and an accent and say it.
