I feel sorry for American families, and especially those mothers. I don't think I am far off in thinking that it won't change anytime soon for them.

With the family values which especially republicans love to claim... Where are the family values in the US? How does one go and say "we value families" while actively desroying families by not having such simple things like maternity leave or even paternity leave? Just those two are NEEDED in the US to actually support families.
