Good video phil. Not easy to deconstruct step by step how a system is manipulated...Well done . Your best work to date.

"forbidden words of parental alienation that Cafcass then simply ignore" Best remark ever 😂 Yet it is no laughing matter to cause unnecessary suffering to children that would otherwise thrive off of reasonable and responsible co parenting. The Secret Family Court supports this lunacy it pays and ensures future generational harm.

i can vouch for everything you just documented, this happened to me from A to Z even with a children's guardian in place for the proceedings. indirect contact ordered and not one single reply back from my child in 2 years so refiled a application to take it back to court. hopefully its less of a journey this time round due to the amount of facts i can provide

Exactly my story. I am an alienated mum. Narcissistic ex husband who has engaged social services, police and headteacher to align with his lies and destroy his own daughter and the courts go along with it. My next hearing is in September, I am tempted to talk over the 'judge'. What can she do - write an order she can't enforce, lol. Thankfully my daughter is coming slowly out of the fog and is seeing through her father's bs but yes we had horrendous 4 years in court and £60K legal fees poorer. Pure harm

Another great video, thanks for providing your very useful insight. As you say we all know how damaging genuine acts of domestic abuse are, i can understand the need for a cautious approach, however there are clearly better and faster, more efficient ways and means of ensuring child (and parent..) safety that are simply not explored. unfortunately the UK like most places is guilty until proven innocent, or in the case of the family court guilty until 'proven' guilty. The blueprint of hate is basically PD12J 😢

Phil, the usage of the Non-Mol further provides advantage to them. Any false allegation, will involve the police, which further stops contact with the child. Counter Non-Mol is not allowed.

Solicitors serve the court? Work to a code of Conduct? How can the system be so obviously manipulated for financial gain?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So , sad especially when the irony is that the child is the courts main priority.

This is my experience. I don’t know what to do. I’ve not seen my eldest daughter for 5 years. My middle daughter for 14 months. Only my son is asking to see me, and this is via supervised sessions I need to pay for, where I cannot find a facility to use. I can see mums house from my window. My children might as well be on the other side of the moon.

Been in court this week, no solicitors & had limited contact, only been allowed at my parents, I don't know whats been said but my 9 y.o. daughter is petrified to leave the house with me alone. When we are together perfectly fine, loving, hugging, not withdrawing relationship. Mum has claimed all sorts of abuse between her & myself, myself & our daughter. In our relationship, the only person hitting, punching, threatening the other with a knife, bad mouthing my friends & family was her. Cutting a very long story short, courts treated me like the guilty person straight away, believed basically everything the ex said, took little or notice of what I had to say. Because our daughter has said she doesn't want to be alone with me, the court made it very clear, "they don't have a magic wand & can't force anything". I raised a concern with a school nurse, the NHS agreed with my concerns, but the ex quickly managed to ignore them, so another problem that doesn't get resolved. Parental alienation, emotional abuse, emotional blackmail, threats to move away, threats of violence with proof towards me. Let down by the school, let down by childrens services & let down by the court. I was hoping for better but expecting the worst. Thanks Phil, watched a LOT of your vlogs, they have given me a loads of positive information. But the blueprint of hate is too strong.

@@mckenziefrienduknetwork It would appear time & time again I have no rights what so ever. Emotional abuse, so hard to prove, most of the factors that make up alienation, same. I understand how difficult that sort of stuff is. It is just so devastating to go through, for me, an adult, nevermind what the poor child has to go through, heartbreaking, Demoralised doesn't even begin to cover it.

As someone who once worked as a McKenzie friend, let me recommend Phil 100%. There are a lot of idiots out there who put themselves forward as McKenzie friends, because the area is totally unregulated. I have chatted to Phil on a couple of occasions and even done his training course, although I am working in education at the moment. Let me tell you that he stands out from the crowd in his professionalism and knowledge.

😳 I knew it! (Not the how) But I knew there must be a process/recipe (blueprint) to follow. I feel this is a system that has been highly perfected in some (socioeconomic) communities for decades. Where it’s probably common knowledge now and not hard to find a well experienced tutor. What of the lawyers who work in family law representing the non primary? Do they say to the client that with the right lawyer (which they have) there is nothing we can do. Tell them “your f…., Best case: occasional and unsupervised , but most likely won’t be having anything, nothing, never have contact with any of the kids again” Im Australian and the system is slightly different in name form, but procedurally it’s similar. I will call my lawyer tomorrow and ask if I’m ‘f******’ !

Do you know what really annoys me about this system they do a cafcass letter so you already know what the other parent has to say so why don't they make you show evidence etc at the first hearing ? With me my ex has said I beat her up etc but I have evidence on my phone were we've spoke about how I'm glad I left her be side I no longer get beat up by her anymore but I can't use any of this evidence which shows she's a liar in the first hearing I'll have to wait for a fact finding hearing...the courts complain about there resources and time but they don't help that situation do they, in a criminal court you just present your evidence so why dont the family court follow similar procedures maybe they wouldn't be in this position and the children who are the ones who matter wouldnt be affected so much, my ex claims my daughter who's 2 doesn't want to see me but then I have texts from her a week before she stopped me seeing my daughter telling me to hurry up to pick her up for the weekend because she's asking to stop at daddy's...how easy is it for me to show that but instead I have to wait god knows how long for a poxy fact finding hearing, I was here this time last year I did one first hearing then my ex got in touch even though she had got a non mol on me and did a deal with me that if I dropped my custody case that she would let me have my daughter every weekend Friday to Sunday and I agreed because I could already see that the family court system is a absolute joke, my ex carried on going to court pretending she didn't know we're I was when she obviously did because I was having my daughter all the time but this time around let's see if that makes a duffence because I bet it don't and bet nothing happens when I PROVE everything she's said about me is a lie, if you lie in a criminal court you get in big trouble especially if you lied about serious things like domestic abuse but that doesn't happen in these family courts, I'm a hod carrier by trade so I'm no rocket scientist but even I can see how stupid tis system is I thought the goverment and theses judges were supposed to be clever well educated people but there thick it really annoys me bad

You getting forgetfull mate you forgot the DAPP course he has to attend before any contact takes place add roughly another 9 months to your 18 months.
@mckenziefrienduknetwork
@mckenziefrienduknetwork 2 жыл бұрын
Yes, you are correct about the draconian nature of the Dapp course. However, I did not forget, I just really wanted to expose how the system itself can be manipulated up until the point of Section 7 Report, by which time the damage has already been done. You raise a very valid point however and I will consider a standalone vlog on the draconian nature of spurious allegations, being forced onto DAPP courses, a father having to admit things they didn't do under the threat of not seeing their children, and the 9 months of hell with restricted or denied contact. Thank you for your insight.

So what is the point Phil, why bother? if its that bad why would you even try? how can you or your team help in any way?
@mckenziefrienduknetwork
@mckenziefrienduknetwork 2 жыл бұрын
A valid question. If there is a 'blueprint of hate' that can manipulate the family court process, is there a 'blueprint of light' that can neutralise it, or turn the court process against itself to the advantage of the non-resident parent? I believe there is and have already started working on it. However, need some time to map out.

@@mckenziefrienduknetwork problem with all this is, no one knows what the outcome will be, what you should be looking at is the data, out of how many who stuck it out got where they wanted to be etc.. Simply making vlogs enlightening everyone, I am not sure it A helps or B is the correct strategy to change anything, but what do I know eh. Way I see it, some people are just wronguns simple as that, same as villians or criminals, can they be enlightened and rehabilitated, probably not, this content you have posted here in the wrong space with someone who is really in a bad space I believe could do some serious harm, maybe looking at the data gives hope, just a thought 😩

We still both live in house now claims she is primary carer when i am here as caerer and arguebly here more than her esp last few years since she started gym, lots of games have begun including emotional abuse which took me by shock. I am walking on eggshells and no mediation 3 months in its cost me tens of thousands already and no step forward. I will not leave the home and I now have my back up feeling I need to evidence as much as I can but there is also the problem of evidenceing can also be frowd upon YOU CANT WIN. Already noticed I am being sidelined in communciaton in all matters and she is now suddenly rewriting history to suit her. Its nothing short than evil, The children deserve better .
