Why the Greenpoint Cocktail Should Be in Your Rotation

Think I've found a seasonal winner for a Manhattan style cocktail. The Greenpoint was a really interesting cocktail, the split between the Vermouth and Yellow Chartreuse is a genius idea, I'd like to see some different spirts used in this build in the future.
Ingredients
2 Oz (60 ml) Rye Whiskey
1/2 Oz (15 ml) Yellow Chartreuse
1/2 Oz (15 ml) Red Vermouth
1 Dash Orange Bitters
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
