Definitely not the only one. If you do a simple google search you'll see that many S4 owners are complaining. This was one of the main reasons that led me to choose the HTC ONE instead of the S4. I just hope samsung get their act together before the Note III release!

I have been a owner of iPhone 4s and before that I had the HTC HD2 with Android. I returned my iPhone after a month of use and I went back to my HD2 until the HTC One was released and all I can say is this is the best cellphone and will keep it for 4 years... My HD2 lasted me 3 years.... Htc makes durable phones

I hate to say this but the Snapdragon 800. My reasoning? The Exynos 5 Octa seems to be neck and neck with the Snapdragon 600 (performance wise) right now, so a few extra digital horses under the bonnet couldn't hurt.

Obviously the Note ii does more than the HTC one and every other phone. ever. This was a review of the HTC one and not a comparison. In a nut shell, the advantages of the HTC one vs Note ii are: Screen sharpness, sound, speed and design. The Note ii has infinite functionality (s-pen, large screen, usb support, real multitasking etc) A real apples and oranges case, both are outstanding for different needs.

I bought an HTC One for my girlfriend and she loves it. I can confirm that the camera is amazing. It is the best I saw on a smartphone yet. Also, the Zoe feature is cool when capturing action shots. I tried it with my friends diving into a lake and it looks great. It takes a 5 seconds "video" and you can choose the exact moment you want and make it a picture. Great review, as always. Love your production, and the overall feel for the video. I own the HTC One myself, couldn't have said better, I noticed 90% of the things you did. The only thing I want to add is that the wide angle camera actually makes taking some pictures annoying when you want a square picture instead of a really long rectangular one. Also, what were the games you were playing? They all look nice.

Great review! One of the best I've seen! I watched the whole thing on my silver/white HTC One too, and I definitely agree that this phone is one of the best of the year. The S4 and iPhone 5 are strong competition, but HTC really didn't slouch on any aspect of the phone.

Another great review! One thing that could be added is the 'HTC Get Started' config your HTC ONE via a web browser. Plus all the other SMARTS that they have built in to allow easy migration of contacts from all the other manufacturers including IOS and Windows Phones OS. Plus I think this would still sync with iTunes, just like the One X & One XL. Keep it up! Can't wait for your Voxis (& maybe a 3D UI) integration onto the HTC ONE.

I have this phone. Love everything. I never had the problem adjusting to the button layout. It actually makes it more personal to me as MY phone because not everyone will understand how to use it. Unique with a punch, beauty and a hardware beast, this phone will not leave you wanting to go back.

I like the way you notice the little things like the sound of the front speakers on higher volume etc. You're a great guy, man ;) Best Phone I've ever had. And I think this will be stay for a long time (in smartphone time) Battery life is great in comparison with other actual phones like iPhone or Sony... Had a hox+ before the one and was disappointed... But this HTC one is everything I've ever required from a smartphone
