I bet you could email leatherman about your bit issue, they’d definitely send you a new bit and probably a new tool 🤷🏼‍♂️ That bit holder has always held the bits in tight for me.

I bought it. And the quality sucks. It doesn't feel right ..Just garbage. I returned them both..200$ worth of garbage

Impossible to just fal out,Unless loose somehow.. I have mine in Kydex sheath works well.
