Stop it!! LeBron and Klutch have brought all this on. Don't you think Bron sees and hears what is being said on TV daily with these shows??? They bring up Jordan as if he is still playing. I have yet to hear Bron say anything about his fanbase speaking negatively about MJ or Kobe. Bron didn't mention Kobe in his 2020 Finals speech, he just asked for respect. Bron is great, but his stats are just that, "Stats." We've seen him quit multiple times, and we've seen him leave his teams hanging and go play with other Superstars, just to turnaround and say he's on MJ's level. He's not. Bron has yet to prove he can win without having the most talent in the league. When he doesn't, he does what he's doing now. But at the same time, people say he makes everyone better around him when that is far from the truth. Players have to change their style to play with Bron. By changing their style, I mean lowering their production so they can function in Bron's system. Lebron called himself the GOAT in 2016......WTF did he do in 2016 that would say he's the GOAT??? Nothing. Kyrie hit the biggest shot in CAVS history, and all we see is a chase down the block that had no bearing on the outcome. Even if Iggy had scored, the Cavs would still have won. But you'll never hear Bron say Kyrie hit the biggest shot in CAVS history. Bron is the same guy that said he'd still be the same player with the same accolades if he stayed in Cleveland!! SUPER LIE!!! He needed Miami to justify people calling him the "Chosen One." He's only won 4 rings; half of them are because he played with D-Wade and Chris Bosh. The fact that you didn't come up in the 90s and get a chance to see/feel how the NBA was says it all. The ratings are telling you that the game could be better. It doesn't matter how skilled people say they are. They don't play fundamental basketball. It's horrible. They pass on wide-open 2s, which could be game-winners for a three because analytics tells them it's a better shot since it's worth more. STOP!!!

@blade2395 You can say the reverse for Curry. That's why his 2022 ring means more. Had he still been stuck on 3, everyone would have been saying he only has 3 because Durant got him his final 2. Let KD win in Phoenix, and you'll see the narrative change. Oh, and yes, only 4 rings in 10 tries. Not to mention 2 sweeps, and 1 gentleman sweep. If you actually watch these games. You can see when Bron does just enough to give himself an excuse. There is zero reason to blame JR Smith for that game 1 flub when you had overtime to play. But that was Bron's excuse. He made it about regulation and JR's mistake that he completely ignored they had 5 minutes left to play. I'm sorry. MJ and Kobe never would have pouted and let something like that take them out of the game when they were starting 0-0 with 5 minutes left.

I like the positivity and agree that a lot of people should focus less on hating stuff and more on loving and appreciating stuff. But I do think that it isn't so simple. You can say today's game is different and it is, but some things are bad and some good, the NBA ratings are in decline since long ago and this season they are at a new low, so something is wrong. People complain about the old heads for disliking today's basketball, but considering the ratings they may be right. Also, as someone that would be considered a Lebron hater myself I just think its difficult to respect him when him and his friends don't respect basketball. Like all the stuff people from Klutch Sports do, going around talking to every sports media person to try and convince them to talk good about Lbj and to say he is the GOAT. This is no secret, Stephen A, Kendrick Perkins, and many others have talked about this. It also seems fake when you know the biggest Lebron fans are all people that have dealings with Klutch, like Nick Wright, Shannon and even Draymond Green. And those guys are the ones always trying to make Lebron the GOAT, bashing players like Kobe and MJ along the way. Carmelo just recently talked about how Lebron and Klutch basically ransacked his team for Cleveland in his return. So the thing is that those things like narrative matter to Lebron. Like just this season he said he was going to play all the games, and why is that? Because of MJ, so he is the type of guy that does all this stuff so he can be viewed as the GOAT, instead of playing better and winning more, like all other great players did. Also, Lebron fans are some of the most annoying fans ever, which also make him more dislikable in turn. I still think he is a Top 10 player even if I don't like him, but I don't think many of his moves are good for basketball either. And he definitely isn't better than MJ. You don't need to have watch MJ live either to understand why. This was too long, sorry. Nice video.

Thank you! Yeah i agree with you 100%. I think Lebron would've be better off just letting his game do the talking instead of being extra, because it's honestly hurt his legacy trying to force it. I always feel like we should talk about the GOAT teams instead of GOAT players just because it is a team sport
@Avarice-Zero

@andynorck2389 That's a perfect way of describing LeBron and Klutch. They're the ones setting the tone for disrespect. You never seen Kobe fans disrespect MJ or any players before him because Kobe himself never did. If you're a fan of Kobe bashing MJ, you must be in a room of 1 because everyone knows how much Kobe respected MJ, and he never would have let that fly. Bron and Klutch allow their fanbase and employees to write articles to discredit awards players won 30 years ago. Who does that unless you want to destroy someone's legacy???
@Avarice-Zero
@Avarice-Zero Ай бұрын
@Shecrazy01 You're right. The problem is that the guy you're saying that is getting unnecessary hate is the one who publicly said he's the GOAT!! Bron was marketed as a pass first-team guy as a Rookie, but the one time he could have actually given credit to someone else, he decided to call himself the Goat, as if 2016 was 1 v Golden State. He didn't mention that cold-blooded 3 Kai hit in Curry's face. It was all about his block. But let's go back and listen to MJ, the guy who refused to take a picture if he couldn't have his teammates next to him when he won his first MVP. He said he couldn't have won without them, so they had to be in it. The same guy that has constantly said Pippen was his MVP, and he couldn't have won without him. There are numerous videos, articles, interviews, and post-game comments, all giving his teammates and Scottie Pippen credit. You can barely find 1 thing where Bron gave credit to any of his teammates or says they're why he won; however, he'll tell you how his teammates weren't good enough. Mind the game, he said that the 2011 team didn't have enough minimum guys......WTF!? So, what did the Mavericks have?? Lol. The second oldest team to win a Ring, and Bron at 25 is saying the Heat didn't have enough minimum guys when they had 3 top-10 players versus Dirk and aging stars. Come on!!!

@ yeah I understand.. I don’t think Lebron is better than MJ btw. I just believe Lebron has been a big part of the game no matter the bs he’s done off the court or the losses he shouldn’t have lost. I just love the game and what he’s done for basketball itself. Obviously that depends on who you ask but I believe that. You’re not wrong on anything you said, it was all facts.

First of all, great video! I’m glad that you’re at least realistic about the conditions of today’s game and are able to articulate how seeing highlight reels of an era and having lived through an era are not the same thing. It’s funny because I don’t recall this level of disrespect and hate being displayed in the basketball fan base until a select few, including himself, started calling LeBron the GOAT. Prior to that, someone may have been a fan of Jordan or Wilt or Kareem or Bill Russell or Bird or Magic or Kobe and the discourse was always respectful. I think the major change that happened is when LeBron came onto the scene and he was immediately touted as “the Chosen One” by media pundits. And rather than being humble about the positive assumption and taking that in stride, the damn fool got it tattooed on his back before he had done anything to prove the assumption correct! That was just the beginning of him showing a complete lack of humility and self-reflection on where he stood in the pantheon of great basketball players and was the beginning of his arrogant, delusional and disappointing career. Following his lead, his supporters (especially those in the media like Nick Wright and Shannon Sharpe) tried to twist the narrative in any way shape or form to make it seem like LeBron was the GOAT. When LeBron couldn’t fulfil that GOAT status through winning multiple championships for a team, his supporters started to diminish the importance of championships and elevate the importance of personal statistics and longevity because that’s where they felt he excelled. When, under closer inspection, LeBron’s stats actually paled in comparison to those of Michael Jordan’s or even those of his own contemporaries in many categories, then his supporters started to diminish the level of skill and competition in Jordan’s era (and as well as prior eras) and elevated (unjustifiably) the skill and competition in LeBron’s era to make it seem like LeBron was better because he was facing tougher competition. From there, the discourse snowballed into what it is now. I do believe that had LeBron himself shut down all the GOAT talk around him, then we wouldn’t get this level of vitriol against him. But rather than shut it down, he stokes the fires. He mimes crowning himself as a king constantly, sometimes to a chorus of boos from fans around him. He has his wife call him the GOAT publicly. He has his sports agent constantly touting the GOAT narrative to anyone who will listen. And his fans stoke that fire as well. And therefore all this “hate” is self-created. Nobody likes an arrogant person, especially when that person hasn’t justified that arrogance with any meaningful success. It’s why people desperately wanted Mike Tyson to knock the shit out of Jake Paul. It’s why everyone is rooting for JJ Redick to fail miserably as the head coach of the Lakers. We want to see the arrogant jerk eat humble pie! If hating on LeBron is regarded as disrespecting the current game of basketball, then realize that it’s only because LeBron himself disrespects the game of basketball by doing all the above and then some. His excessively flopping, his pestering the refs for every call that didn't go his way, his constantly taking tantrums on the court over minor things, his constant travelling that never gets called, his lackadaisical approach to defense, his quitting when the going gets tough and moving to another city to create a super team, his constantly making promises as to how he will perform in the season and failing miserably to live up to that promise, his significant influence over who he plays with and who coaches him and still failing to create that championship dynasty, his taking credit for all the successes of his team and naming himself the GOAT but deferring or deflecting blame onto someone else (or will make up some excuse - e.g. he was playing with broken hand) when his team fails....all of that is disrespectful to the game! Therefore, the source of the hate and disrespect is actually LeBron himself!

@@robb.8214I never knew how bad Lebron has tried to control the media. I’m not on social media other than KZbin so I didn’t know how true it actually was. I still stand on his game being respected but what he’s done off the court and trying to control his narrative, i 100% understand and agree. Because that takes away from the game itself and it’s messed up. I really just want to bring the basketball fans together. Because it’s becoming more than just basketball. The thing that brings light into peoples life, is actually becoming darkness. Thank you for the kind words!

Dude stand on something. Your generation stands on nothing. Everything is subjective. That’s the problem with the nba now. LeBron fatigue is real. LeBron has disrespected the game of basketball he deserves disrespect back from those who love the game. LeBron has completely ruined the league. Silver has completely destroyed the league. And for that, I’ll never respect either of them. Basketball will never be competitive again. You’ll understand when you get older and it gets even worse. Keep watching 👎🏾

Just from your opening statement about respect all across the board I knew you had the right sentiment but you’re wasting it on a person, in Lebron, who violated the very principles, countless times throughput his career, that you’re talking about. Forming superteams is cheating the game. Flopping is cheating the game. Not taking responsibility for his poor Finals performance in 2011 is cheating the game. Getting coaches fired and teammates traded consistently is cheating the game. Getting his unqualified son drafted with a guaranteed contract is cheating the game. Forcing teams to trade up his roster then leaving them decimated without options is cheating the game. All the Kobe and MJ hate along with the previous generations is cheating the game. Stat padding is cheating the game. The league cheating on your behalf via the referees is cheating the game. Controlling major sports media to push constant goat narratives is cheating the game. Call media analysts about their negative or critical comments about Lebron is cheating the game. This is not my opinion.
