When my girlfriend told me this because she had already a new victim 😉. My reaction was okay I don’t like to bring stress and unhappy life to you so wish you all the luck with your new boyfriend(s). After that I blocked here totally and deleted all text, photo’s etc because all was just a play for here. It feels great and feeling relaxed. Time to take a road to less stress and more happiness 😊

When my ex told me he was leaving & moving away after 13 yrs, I simply looked at him, shrugged my shoulders nonchalantly & said "go ahead-it's your choice"! It totally blindsided him as he thought i was going to grovel & beg him to stay! Nope! That was almost 4 yrs ago now! Getting rid of him was one of the best things ever!

Mine was a 10 yr relationship.. I did not know about anything and I did a few things about trying to mend stuff, which am not proud of. But Since Nov 2023..I decided to NC. June 5 2024 - the AH reached out and said he is gonna get married, I wished him the best and told cool, wish your fiance on my behalf. 😅 I feel so free...God dammit. I should have initiated this breakup years ago...😂

I "slow dumped" my Narcissist partner by gradually withdrawing myself for a year and a half. She then discarded me. I accepted this and gave her full closure. She said she wanted to stay friends, I told her "No" because this is not what I wanted. I told her she'd lost control and I would now decide what was best for me. I also landed a great job the other side of the country which I'd been trying for. The morning I walked out, she ran off into the bedroom and remained there behind a closed door. Through the door I said I was leaving and wished her the very best of luck. I then moved away across the other side of the country and vowed to switch my emotional thinking to logical thinking forever where it concerned the narcissist; I took a course on "murdering your love" for the narcissist and continued NO CONTACT as a logical progression. I will NEVER entertain the fury of the narcissist EVER again. This is a totally fascinating disorder, thankfully it is not a disorder I am afflicted with. Its very sad for the narcissist in the end, I have decided not to give a FUCK which entirely contradicts me. I now don't give a FUCK when it comes to the masking of fury and deception (pathological lying) that marks The People of The Lie that Peck and Fromm write about.

I have children with the narcissist. They were over confident and agreed to terms of divorce that was insanely one sided in my favor. They thought I would suffer without them. Nope. Pretty much reduced the narcissist to insignificance. Blocked them on all social media, told them I’m not interested in playing their silly games and don’t want them back. Surprise pikachu! You may have discarded me, but I’ve given you the biggest narcissistic injury of all time and there’s nothing they can do to hurt me back.

She literally decided our friendship was over without talking to me, sent me a huge rant, blaming me for her actions...I just said I was disappointed but would respect her decision if thats how she felt, blocked, and didn't look back! She harassed me, stalked me, baited me, sent me horrid messages, just absolutely framed herself as the victim...for nearly 8 months. No idea if she's still stalking me, I've finally managed to remove every avenue of contact I can think of. These types of people will slam the door in your face, and then act shocked when you lock it behind them. Not worth your time or energy. I'm way happier without having to constantly micromanage someone else's feelings non stop...

This happened to my boyfriend years ago. I was 24. I just didnt call him after the break up. He resented me so much that I started seeing comments on social media by him about things trlated to me . And I was like “well he discarded me so why he is upset”… He was bragging that all his past girlfriends would cheat their husbands with him… Disgusting I humiliated him and now whenever I see a narc approaching me I try to get revenge of the other ladies by rejecting them I am lucky to be an ideal target for them so they usually try to get me haha
