Their entire system is designed around getting lebron numbers. And again, this is why the lakers play better without him. Regardless of their wins or losses, the lakers look like they are having fun. You can compare Brady and Lebron. Brady and the Patriots cheated quite often and got caught at least twice and nothing was really don’t about it. Rules were changed or made up in the middle of a game to save Brady from a fumble. So there is some comparison. However, Brady is actually deserving of goat talk and likely IS the goat despite all of those things.

The video you did recently comparing the 1993 All Star Game v this year’s, showed how much the standard has declined. Yes it’s the All Star Game and not playoffs, but it doesn’t matter. It’s about the effort and competitiveness. It is non existent today.

Problem is, people have a crap attention span now, and rarely anyone watches a full game, rather, people base everything only on highlights and stats at the end of the match.

Are you kidding? They are going to put his kid in the NBA and continue the insanity even though he sucks.
@jaesonburd71657 ай бұрын
The NBA is fixing games for Lebron/Lakers by giving them more free throws. NBA basketball is no longer a competitive sport; in part, its an exhibition for Lebron's narcissism. Why would the NBA sacrifice a fair playing field/rules for Lebron, when they did not do so for MJ, the person responsible for the league's exponential growth. It seems crazy that Silver made the decision to do this.

In order for the league to change back to peak form someone as hype and as followed as Lebron would have to be the face of basketball and head into the league and change it all. Nobody in the league today is capable of doing it.

@@someguy2385 Man youre IQ is sus. Basketball wasnt big and didnt pay much back then so many dudes had regular jobs. This was really more of a 60s 70s thing as by the 80s im pretty sure most were full time by then. Regardless if players in the 80s were full time or not, the fact remains that comp didnt exist in the NBA until the really late 80s/ early 90s Not until that time were there more than two or 3 good teams in the league at a time. There is a reason Russell is never seriously in the GOAT conversation even with ELEVEN rings You can literally look up the players and research yourself.

Listening to this... I'm sorry. If only I was more present as a role model for those who needed an inspiring adult. If only, in some alternate reality, I pursuit basketball instead of seeking higher education and other interests. I feel some, contributing to a whole in society, of it may be my fault for not being able to help earlier to show how to carry oneself with respect, honor, and maturity or tempered nature.

Pound for pound, Caitlin Clark is MUCH more highly skilled in every aspect of basketball compared to Lebron James with the exception of dunking because she can't dunk. If Lebron James were not taller than 6'5", he would've had to go to college, and in college, he would've only been average. Resulting in him possibly not even making the NBA. If he had made it, he would've had a short career. You're right. I would put money on it that if Lebron went to college, he would not have made it for the simple fact that college coaches do not put up with these antics. It isn't like the NBA. They will replace an athlete real quick if they aren't on the same page. To me, it isn't Lebron's fault when looking from the start. If it were up to Lebron, few would know who he is. What happened is someone wanted this image of society in the U.S.A. and the best way to make it happen is to give people a face to follow. What better way than using stars and athletes? Lebron was just this big kid on the court they knew would follow them and do what they want. We have seen this because he is not a leader. That is why he was heavily pushed through the media at a young age.

AOH, such a surreal discussion, and sobering. There isn't one lie told in your commentary. And the league, along with its once glorious reign in the world of sports? Has been destroyed by one player...and one commsioner. How, how VERY...disgusting. And the firing of Mike Brown shows how much of a chump Lebronze is. Not so much tryna fire Spo....but Mike could have gotten him multiple rings if he listened to him.

Outstanding athleticism, not so much character. Great health, not so much behaviour. Great spin and chase down, not so much free throw and turning over. Admired by millions, hated by millions of others. Had a potential to be the greatest player of all time by playing an all around running power point forward, became an overrated one of the greatest of all time, playing an artificially intelligent point-half-poker-back relying on a real-ass great players in their roles such as dynamic defensive power guarding forward, genius ball handling off the ball genius ambidextreous scoring genius, defensive dark horse scoring titan and others.

The man is completely divorced from the truth. Like when he claimed he knew ahead of time that Kobe was going to score 70 points. The man can’t help himself. He has to interject himself into every conversation and make it about him. He’s basically a Real Housewife of the NBA.
