People flaming NB is the biggest joke! Quality! Comfort! None of my Jays or Nikes match that, some of my favorite kicks are from Nike and JB, esthetics is one thing, but NB has it all and more importantly, better quality and comfort, price? The Made in US and UK step up the quality, and are not made in China for 10 bucks. I’m all about supporting something that is produced in my own country. Also NB already had good quality with their general kicks. Most Nikes and Jays are also super narrow! Which isn’t even good for your feet.

Currently have the moss suede pair of Made in U.K. 991. Absolutely fantastic. Fits TTS, but allegedly a bit snug compared to other NB 990x releases. Same with the NB# Tiago 1010. Same toe as the 990v1, but made to skate. I’m looking at the 990v2 as well. Which did you end up going with?

Go for 2002r if you want a versatile every day shoe that looks good in jeans, athletic wear, etc. Go for the V6 if you want a more sporty look. If you wanna stick with 990s but still want a versatile look that goes with everything grab some V4s

These would be comfortable for zombie apocalypse, BUT these have reflective material, mesh, and would look COOKED after awhile. Running from people ( everybody knows survivors will be a whole different type of problem besides zombies during the apocalypse lol) in the dark they could see you from the 3M. No Beuno. Id use Terrex free hiker all black goretex. Comfortable, water resistant, non reflective. Or a good pair of steel toes. Lol
