Why the ninja 400 is a better bike than the 650r (ninja 400 vs 650r)

Ninja 400 vs 650R, two very popular LAMs bikes in Australia. For a new rider I think the Kawasaki Ninja 400 is the better bike when pitted against the Honda CBR650R.
