I started getting the occasional one after menopause. This year I started getting several. I also noticed my hair and eyelashes got longer. So ladies, want thicker longer hair? Pycnogenl.

I love Mighty Patch, been using them for years. And I do use them day and night because my cystic acne takes days to "drain." But I should mention, they ARE visible on my skin tone, especially once they've sucked up some of the gunk from the zit, and you don't have to come up close to my face to see them. The "Invisible" ones are slightly better, but they too are visible. My coworkers are now very used to seeing them on my face--it was more important to me to drain the zit than how it looked on my face, though it's annoying to see them peeling off my face in photos. Still--they work great and it's helped with my acne tremendously. I just wish they had one that I could put on and behind my ears because lucky me, I get zits there too.

I used to wax, then I used an epilated, and now I use a razor. I don’t like the straight edge razors being pushed right now because it’s easy to cut yourself(of course I cut my face!) A regular disposable razor works great! It’s peach fuzz that is being removed, and I tweeze the coarse hairs.

I haven't had any issues with chin hair, but I do have one single chest hair that grows super long, it looks very weird hahah.

Hi dr. Your video is right on time. I am really worried for my 2,3 chin hair these days. I think they were always there but never bothered before. But now I find them annoying. I never used anything (wax, thread etc) on them but now I want them go away. What should I do to get rid of them without multiplying them? 😢 I just read other comments about menopause. I am quite young for that. So any suggestions for people like me?

I just finished my "biggie mug" of coffee. I find if I have a regular size coffee I always feel disappointed/hard done by when I come to the end. Out of curiosity I am going to measure the ml (fl oz) of my mug. When it comes to coffee size definitely does matter. 👱🏻‍♀️❤️☕

I love your videos! FYI, I learned that burning candles indoors causes indoor air pollution similar to smoking. Sorry for posting a negativecomment. If this kind of thing bothers you too, please look into it yourself. I am not trying to scare you off of nice smelling things. I used to love scented candles. I think candle warmers are safer, but I don't recall that bit for sure.

You are right. I don’t burn candles indoors, either. Addition to the air pollution, the soot does eventually have to land somewhere. Even though it’s hard to see it accumulates on your ceilings over time.

@@susannovak8263 Yeah that is another factor to consider. Honestly, I would still burn the candles (sometimes) if it was just the soot. It was the health risk that turned me off.
