I would take this with a grain of salt because the UAE has more monetary controls than most Western countries. Banks and other entities will deny transfers if you cannot prove the legitimate source of it. However, here in Canada, the banks don't ask questions to the money launderers that flood into the country. The UAE is not the place for this as the penalties for crime are very high.

Isn’t that a good thing? Why do you want to launder money? Money laundering is illegal and because of people who do it, the country has to pay the price by being on the gray list. Please stay away if you want to do illegal stuff.

Hey I’ve got some really great news to share with you, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died on a cross and resurrected on the third day so you may all have eternal life. If you believe and repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Him as you would a parachute jumping off a plane at 25000 feet up in the air, He will give you eternal life in heaven as a free gift and I promise you, He will change your life forever as He did mine. He is the ONLY way to heaven and He loves you all. Please think deeply about this with urgency because this is your eternal life and soul, you don’t know when you could die, meaning you could die at any moment, so please consider this with all your heart. They always leave out this detail. In the West (USA, Britain, France, Germany, etc), majority of the Wealth created today was induced by crazy government spending and quantitative easing, aka money printing (inflation). In a true capitalist system, most of them will not be multi-millionares or billionaires. Government is good when its robbing the middle class of its value (derived from labor), subjecting them to inflation and giving them (the rich) money (cheap in the form of low to 0% interest debt). The same government is bad when it takes the money back, aka quantitative tightening and high marginal income tax. Human nature is going to be studied for centuries smh

The fact most worrying is that is not only rich ppl but for exemple doctors in italy there is a very worrying shortage of doctors and in 2019 5000 doctor asked to be transferred to places like Dubi and Qatar, and till this day we see a lot od italian docotrs supporting this, in fact there used to be Arabic agencenscies that supported Arabic doctors transitioning from arabic countires to European countries and in real time we are seeing this condition reversing, if we see the percentages of European doctos in Dubai, Qatar ecc we will see how high it is and that is actively increasing. He challenged the European Assembly to deny that it was allowing those from the religion of pieces into European countries that lead to terrorist attacks. No one in the assembly refuted him. Italy's Meloni and Dutch Prime minister Geert have stated outright that they will be closing their borders to migrants of the peaceful religion. This shift is happening across Europe. I wont even get into what France and Germany have to say on this topic but you can check online. I was talking about sharia as an ideology that is incompatible with freedoms and peace. Getting mad at me for stating the obvious isn't going to change anything. Cheers.

Absolutely. Investing in Dubai's IT sector seems like a strategic move, considering the city's commitment to becoming a global tech hub. With the right guidance, especially from someone like Carl Jason Cohen, leveraging the financial potential of Dubai's tech industry could be a game-changer for the rich seeking both residence and robust investment avenues.

They work on moderate pace, chose to use the common housing (which is free) to save money, and the people are pleasant. He moved here because "western countries are superior" as he initially thought. Needless to say, he mentioned how inhumane our work pace is, how understaffed we are, how high the expected output, how safety is put below productivity, how cruel the bosses are, and everything is freaking expensive yet the pay can't even cut it. At the end of the day, he said he still prefers NA bec citizenship, which means he can raise a family here. Because dumb Switzerland and Singapore complied to sanctions. Dubai took this role there is almost a need to offer refuge for rich ppl who got criminalized no matter if they are or not criminals. Dubai has a great future ahead they played their cards well and diversified greatly. - becoming global logistic (ship) and plane hub - emulating other offshore oasis (banking, funds, NGO's, low taxes) - but with the best infrastructure possible to attract permanent residents - tourism cause many want to see this exotic and rich land From what I heard they want in future - establish a first class educational system - based on that built research and Hightech facilities So they emulate as best as they can Switzerland and Singapure. The biggest weakness is the weak democratic index, democratic institutions are necessary to mitigate conflicts most effective and ensuring savety of business in longterm.
