Hello Ramanji, How much more the interest hike you forsee like 3% more or like 1.5 -2% is max they can go as if they go above it all the variable mortgages will start getting defaulted. We know that real estate will go up in near future then why people are selling at 20-30% less in today’s market they can get tenants as renta have increases

It is nothing to do with Russia or oil prices .. simple math .. people borrow more than their capacity .. leverage maximum.. now interest rates go up .. and mortgage payments is 40% higher .. affordability’s issue .. and no doubt real estate will be down 40 % .. equivalent to payments .. it is simple math Sir .. act like a advisor not broker or Dalal…
