You guys are kidding yourselves. The SEC didn't make a mistake. The SEC has unlimited funds to keep doing this. So while the SEC may lose, they are doing everything they can to delay the development of DEFI. AND to be fair. If Uniswap is truly decentralized, there would be no one to submit a Wells Notice to. Has anyone sent Bitcoin a Wells Notice?

It is truly decentralized, the contracts can not be changed as there are no admin keys. All uniswap does is developing software, they now work on uniswap V4 which will be a new product, it has zero effect on V1, V2 and V3.
