@@rossman3388 i usually have 1.2 to 1.4 K/D dude. It’s just this season I’m getting recked by mnks on 150 fps whil I’m out here on ps4 with a controller. And for some reason ubisoft puts me on us central server which I should not be in and so I play with 100 pings. I know my worth I’m just asking for advice to counter these disadvantages

Saying "if you cant 1v5 every round then you soloq isnt for you" is a bit discouraging to me as a new player. I think it would be better to follow up a statement like that with something like "if youre not very good at soloq then you should practice by using X method" or just giving a general tip on how to win engagements in that situatuon. Not telling Athieno how to write his videos or scripts (if he uses those) but any and all insight into helping myself get better at the game is appreciated. Everyone has to start from somewhere, no one can 1v5 every round if its their first 24 hours of playtime in the game.

"If you can't 1v5 every round, solo queue isn't for you" is discouraging, because soloq is discouraging. You get shit team mates that drop no kills going ops like cav, die on your flank and no call or ping.. There's no way to practice or get better at solo queueing than doing it. Solo q is good for two things, pissing you off, and teaching you how to perform better under pressure or Xv1s.

That’s how it is solo q is the most discouraging thing the only way to get better is playing more and more regardless of the tips KZbinrs give you but if you can manage to apply those tips properly then your gameplay will skyrocket

These so called educational commentary videos are so bad, please don't listen to this guy... he just tells you things that literally every player already knows... one thing I absolutely loved about kixstar was that he always gave call outs when he solo queued, even if his team mates didn't give them back, giving ur team info when ur solo queueing is what u should do, and saying as long as u have a good kd at the end is soooo stupid, kd means nothing, don't play for kd, play smart... fill the role that isn't being filled (hard breacher if ur team isn't taking one)

I think you misunderstood the thing about kd. He literally Say that the important Is to win your initial gunfights but without baiting on the room and when you are solo q you Need to focus on yourself; sometimes if you Know that you can't realy on teammates you Need to play selfish operator because you Need to maximize your strenght because you are the only One that can move the balance of winning towards your team
