My 2D4D ratio is .90. I was the top 1 and 2 mile runner in my HS and the top Cross Country runner. So yeah seems accurate. Mile: 4:44 at age 2 mile: 10:16/ 5K: 16:24 - Age 14-15. Unfortunately I moved and wasn’t able to participate in track / cross country in my 11th and 12th grade years. I’m certain I would have reached ~ 4:30 mile and a sub 10:00 2 mile / sub 16min 5K.

Absolute nonsense. I have a very high digit ratio and have been a nonsmoking elite athlete my entire life. I ran a mile in 7 mins 10 seconds at age 10. By 14 I was cutting into 6 mins completely untrained. (I only ran the mile 1 time per year to be tested for school.) Short distance running is where I thrived running the 100 yards in 14.0 seconds at 12 and 12.4 seconds at 14. Again, never even trained for it. Digit ratios are nowhere near a primary factor in determining testosterone or athleticism. The man is spreading rubbish.
