Yes. We are very tall. I am 6'8 and that height is normal in south Sudan. Average for male is 6'4 and female is 6'2. We are very very tall. The tallest person currently in Africa is 8'1 and he's from South Sudan.

Am from South Sudan 🇸🇸 where almost all the Nilotes tribes have an average height of 6.3 ft for men and 5-10 to 6 ft for women. And our ancestors were more taller than us today, they measured to 7 ft tall and it's due to diet (milk) and climate✌🏿

When you take into consideration that the living conditions are obviously much better in the nordic nations VS in South Sudan... YET they are taller, that's just insane if you think about it. What im trying to say is that if food and health was as readily available as in Europe, the average height in South Sudan would be even higher... God knows how tall they can get. Also, I need to see some Dinka Tribe dude get jacked up to Mr Olympia levels, that would be crazy.

Their is difference between healthy and Overeating. The food Dinkas eat aren't healthy but contains a lot Proteins and vitamins since their meal is mainly Meat. So they definitely eats more nutrients and get taller. While Healthy is what called 80% plant products and 20% meat. A healthy diet doesn't contain as much nutrients .

There's nothing inherently unhealthy about meats or animal products (depends on the source), nor is unhealthy the saturated fat they contain, even. The perfect diet is a diet that consists of fruits and meats, all that matters is to eat the right amount of everything and eating accordingly to the physical activity we have. High cholesterol happens when we eat a lot of carbs (glucose) and fats, because both are energy sources for the body, however, our body burns carbs first and then fats, and as that process goes, the fat is stored as cholesterol in the blood until glucose runs out and then it is used. So, if you eat very little carbs and lots of fat, there's no need for that fat to be accumulated in the blood as cholesterol for long periods of time which is what can cause hearth disease in extreme cases. When it comes to minerals and micronutrients, fruits and meats got all you need, meats like liver being specially good at that, so vegetables are not necessary. Vegetables have pesticides and are often eaten raw which leads to people getting sick from time to time and they don't even taste good, and that's for a reason, vegetables are mildly toxic (many of them) which is why they taste bitter and unpleasant, unlike fruits that literally evolved to be eaten and taste good since that helps spread theirs seeds. Vegetables are a scam, they are cheap and easy to grow and very profitable, some might be rich in certain nutrients, but their bioavailability is also very low which means the huge majority of those nutrients pass right through and don't get absorbed by our body. Chimps have very similar digestive systems to us and they do not eat vegetables at all because just like us, they can't digest cellulose. So, they have to and do eat fruits, nuts, insects, meats and that's about it. Eating vegetables is even a new thing for us, for most of human history, vegetables and leaves were just used as spices or condiments to give things some extra flavor (say thyme, mint, oregano, etc.) not to eat whole pots of salad raw like we do today as if we were freaking cows. You could argue meats increase risk of cancer, but that's all mostly biased and misleading and has to do with the way meats are sometimes prepared or if they are processed meats. What increases risk of cancer about meats and arguably the only "unhealthy" thing about meats at all, are the heterocyclic amines and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons that form when you cook meat at very high temps like pan frying or grilling (also the more done, the more of these carcinogens, so well done meat is worse than medium rare in that sense) Even then however, the only evidence that suggests these chemicals are carcinogens is an experiment done with rats where they developed tumors after being fed SEVERAL THOUSANDS of times the amount of these chemicals a human would normally eat in their diet... So much that basically is way more than any human would ever eat of these chemicals in their lifetime lol The conclusion is: "Population studies have not established a definitive link between HCA and PAH exposure from cooked meats and cancer in humans." So, we don't know for sure, but in any case, it's not that big of a deal at all, meat is fine, worse case scenario it makes the chances of you getting cancer a fraction of a percent higher from an already low af starting point chance, so basically nothing. There's a reason why no statistics show vegans having less cancer than non vegans, for example.

After serious ladder accident I lost 4cm (1 5/8 inch ) height in the spine in 1992 have suffered chronically debilitating pain non responsive to normal analgesics, nerve pain, Osteoporosis, Arthritis, triple bypass, stress etc. I'll stick with my 172cm (5ft 7") it's not worth the extra pain.

Sometimes it is genetics since 16 I didn’t grow. If you are 16 and have a complex to be short than you can use growth hormone but it is expensive. I recommend you also doing activity like basketball. Definitely growth hormone will help you to grow taller but also have and some risks so ask a doctor
