Title is the most important ownerhip doccument you can posses. The RIM is equaly important but not as urgent as a Title. Any agent that tells you otherwise is misleading you, confirm this by trying to apply for a loan/ going to court on land dispute matters/ conducting a valuation. You will realise that all these may be done without the RIM but the Title MUST be provided.

This guy is very ignorant. Process of selling land is not regulated by LSK. LSK is just a a professional body for Advocates. Selling land is regulated by an Act of Parliament. You do not need a lawyer to buy and sell land. Experienced Valuers are better at land transactions. Inexperienced advocates know very little about land transactions. You do not need to have the mutation form. That is the work for surveyors. There is no Department of Survey. These are all kept by Lands. You only need to have a title This guy us a quack

I know Goshen's Acquisition they are based in Thika. This guy right here is so honest. But his mother, wacha tu they are like oil and water. They have created a new database called wandering souls. This is a code name for land crutches. The initial Goshen was good because his father was an honest man. But this son right here he drinks the finest barley beer.His best friend as he speaks right now is incarcerated in US. He foundation however is not right. Now Goshen Acquisition is a smoke screen for EKEZA SACCO THIKA. Their head offices are in Thika town and they have their finger in every land acquisition in Kenya. They have a master file in their acquisition dubbed Subaru Genesis. Useless of course.... because you own There file.
