I do agree with most of your takes on things about Arsenal however, I believe we have a fundamental positioning issue in certain games such as Havertz not being a traditional striker and Partey playing at LB at times etc. It disrupts the flow of our football and against low and mid blocks our transitioning can be soo slow for example it gave Fulham & Inter Milan lots of chances to recover and get back into position to defend against us. Also my last criticism is we are not good at taking shots outside of the box if teams are defending deep. Its another area we can add to our arsenal alongside corners and set pieces to help us win tight games.

Liverpool have been saying it for years under Klopp. He did win it in 19/20, but never again. At the end of the day, if you fail to win it, your only choice is to try again next season. Or should we just give up, even if we fail to win it this season? Perhaps when football or the EPL ends. But until then, we keep trying. Klopp took 5 seasons to win. Arteta is in his fifth season. I hear people's frustration and I'm simply stating a fact. But as everyone's level improves, it gets harder. And Arteta genuinely has his first managerial job. Accounting for all of this I understand why people are impatient and frustrated, and it's why I can understand differing opinions. I suppose it's nature, but these are some the reasons some are more forgiving and see the progress, and others are not so forgiving and believe we should sack him. I just wonder, who do people think will do better for our club? Do you think whichever manager you choose will continue to show improvement like Arteta does or win us the league sooner than Arteta might if he stayed?

We really need to face facts. Martinelli, Trossard, havertz and jesus aren't good enough to start. They're definitely good enough to be squad players, but they simply don't cut it. If we really wanna win the title and the UCL possibly, we need to get better players to fill up these positions. Next month we really need to sign a new LW, maybe mitoma or someone else who's better than what we currently have. We should also sign another striker if possible. Havertz is a decent player but he's not world class. He's not the type of player that can score 20+ goals in a season meanwhile that's the kinda player we need if we're gonna win any major trophy. . And i personally feel that Arteta isn't good enough. He's definitely improved the squad massively in his time here, but we're still not where we wanna be. We wanna be winning trophies, but we're not doing that are we? Arsenal's main issue for the last 2 seasons has been the attack, and arteta hasn't done so much to improve us in that respect. I'm not gonna give him any excuse for not signing the kind of attackers we desperately need to challenge for trophies. . IMO if we don't win the league or UCL this season, then arteta simpy has to go

It's all getting a bit boring. It's obvious there's something set-in-stone to our play that exposes itself whenever we have a few injuries. Mikel's hubris is predictability n a lack of adaptability. He has built a good team but hasn't used them to their highest potential (such as benching Lewis skelly against Fulham when he would have resolved issues we had there with the right instructions to him). This mentality is what we have had for 20 years. This complacent mentality is what has made us never to win either epl and ucl. "We can still win it next year" I think this is why we are called a Netflix club. No, we go hard this year like there is no other year. Arteta made a lot of mistakes in the summer window not just on buying players but also selling them. How many times has the fans called out for a clinical striker and yet Arteta goes and buys other players. To be fair with you, he could have gone for a striker instead of Merino. He is a good addition to the team but a striker was the utmost priority. Also, he could always learn? Thats the same mentality we had for Arsene Wenger and did he learn? He was given over 18 years as a manager and that left us stagnant all those years. You could argue he was a great manager, which I agree but he could not adapt his tactics to fit the modern football. Arsenal having failed to be where we want to be, isn't it because of our mediocre mentality? Its not just enough to be good in a couple of matches, you have to be good in every single one of them. That's the intensity of this competition. The two seasons we bottled was because we made some mistakes that when we look at the end of the season could really have determined the hopes of winning the title. It seems we haven't learnt that for those two years. So it doesn't matter if we are early on or late on the competition. Every match is important and especially now that we're behind. So don't use the excuse that its still early. I have never found a video that I had to disagree, this is the first. No, we need to panic. We're not in a good place. Actions are needed to change how we play. We can't continue being called bottling club especially with our current quality that we have. You know if we don't starting winning something, we might lose all these good players we have now and go to a better club. So let's stop whining and giving excuses about everything. At the end of the day no one cares about how good Martinelli or anyone is if they cannot maintain that consistency and if the results don't match. I mean Saliba, Odegaard and Saka are world class. But no one will remember them or even acknowledge them if they don't win titles.

Hire and fire is the norm in football, all the most successful clubs do it. Go look at the managerial history of the most successful clubs in Europe. You have been brainwashed into thinking giving managers 5-10 years is great, it is actually an anomaly.
