Great to see Dr C as a guest !! I have seen 3 different ones in a row! He is so passionate about helping people! I have been carnivore over a year now. Seeing his podcast with Dr Berry last year was the gateway, few weeks of reading and resarch then full on!! No going back to juicing or green smoothies! Excellent episode♡

I totally agree with this. I’m 44 and paying attention how your body feels after you eat speaks loud. I need to cut out sugar and cook more. Packing a lunch also to also stay away from fast food. Eating for one so lots of leftovers with food going to waste but I look healthy and work real hard. No veggies here most my life and hardly go to the doctor. I like to do puzzles and solve problems to keep my mind busy to hopefully not get Alzheimer’s. I sure do love bacon and eggs. What are your thoughts of fish for my son/21. I’d like to keep him on track especially living so far away from me.

Does Dr Chaffee's metabolism clinic accept insurance (or does insinsurance allow treatment at his clinic) or does insurance view it as a functional health clinic ?

When he talks about the coffee.....we were coffee addicts, have big espresso machines, ground beans the whole 9 yards, I can hardly stand it now, I drink maybe 2 or 3 ozs a day and maybe 3 times a week, I throw away the rest of a standard mug after it gets chilled. Carnivore just did that. You'll find that eating just meat will make it hard to eat anything else especially strong tastes like hot sauce, seasonings etc. It just seems to be overkill on carnivore.

Fiber does get into the body in the form of Oxalate crystals...VERY BAD. My fave is Chuck Eye steak, cheaper and taste yummy with much fat! Another is the pot roast in the pressure cooker i,e, Instant Pot with a stick of butter! O boy!

I haven't done a pot roast for a while. I think it's time...

Are fungi as defended?

Some fungi utilise oxalic acid for defense. Sally Norton's 'Toxic Superfoods' book might have more about it.

Doctor Chaffe, the "Native Americans" were not native. They came from Asia. The Solutreans from Western Europe were already there! That's just another lie!..... Watch "Solutreans Are Indigenous Americans".... As you can see the Indians in North America look different and are taller than the Indians in South America. That's because they mixed with the White Solutreans thousand of years ago. Also the Indians have Denisovan DNA which is from Asia.
