Thanks brother... you're right... i'll explain why as well so that you can get clarity & also those who read the comments can understand better... Hello, I am not sure if anyone can help with this but wanted to try asking for your opinion on this. I am suffering from extreme dandruff, hair thinning, hair fall and hair loss. I am sure it is not pattern baldness as it is happening all over. Mostly it is extreme thinning and Hair fall. Loss is not that significant as of yet, as baby hair is still good, it is just that they are very thin. The big reason could be the shampoo, I am using the Selsun Blue Max one, because of my extreme dandruff. It controlled it really well initially when I was in Chennai, but since I am back to UP, it is not at all effective, especially in the winter season. Also, we have underground water as our water source so maybe hard water from that might be making it ineffective. Last week I started taking Man Matters gummy, I have no idea how useful they are but I am literally trying everything possible. I just want my dandruff gone or at least controlled and my hair to stop thinning so heavily. Budget or anything is not an issue, yet still, nothing works.

Try to get your blood work done and get it checked by an endocrinologist to confirm there is no hormone imbalance. Also check for testosterone and DHT levels.
