I love Los Feliz. Wouldn't say it's hidden. I walked to Los Feliz, all the way from Santa Monica. Looked at some filming locations, like Neds house from 17 Again. Then walked back down and and up behind that same house, going to Griffiths Observatory. I love the views from Los Feliz. Mainly the Los Feliz hills. This and any suburban neighbourhoods in LA county, particularly Pasadena are great. I love suburban homes and see a lot of them in TV shows and movies

@@mohammedfaiisal wow that's a serious hike! And thanks for your comment. I know for us locals Los Feliz is not hidden but for someone looking to move from out of state or from a different country it could be. Are you looking to move to Los Feliz yourself?

@@livinginlosangelescalifornia One day, maybe. I haven't found the right home, as huge lot is also important to me. As for me and my family, 1 acre is a minimum requirement. But I have no doubts about the city views. In the LA county, the three spots I'd love to move to, is Los Feliz, Pasadena and Malibu. All three offer completely differently vibes. I have a friend who owns a property in all three neighbourhoods, including Beverly Hills and I enjoyed being at all four properties As for the hike, I agree. It was one serious hike. Took me about 3-4 hours and I was walking at a normal pace. Stopped at a few sights, including Beverly Hills and Hollywood. It ended up being about 20 miles. New York I did something similar. Walked from the bottom of Financial District, The Battery, all the way to Washington heights and that was 10 miles. So I love how compact Manhattan is and everything is at your door step and you could walk all over Manhattan island with ease. Whereas I did learn that it is much harder and more dangerous to do that in LA

@@mohammedfaiisal Impressive! And yes those neighborhoods ALL have their charm however its going to be a challenge finding a lot larger than 1 acre unless you're willing to move 1 hour outside greater Los Angeles. Let me know when you're ready to start looking 🏠
