Why This Japanese Village Is Full of Creepy Scarecrows | Nagoro Village

This tiny village located in rural Japan has over 300 scarecrows, more than 10 times the village population. On the island of Shikoku, Nagoro Village (Kakashi no Sato) has decided to create a bunch of scarecrows to fill their and town and replace their dying population. We stopped by during our roadtrip through Shikoku and Iya Valley and stopped by to learn more.
