Why this sensor detects light! But not heat or vibration. Hidden particle nature of LDR sensor.

In this video, I covered a detailed explanation of the LDR (light dependent resistor). About how it works? and how it made?
Like it is made from Lead sulfide or material like Inexpensive cadmium sulfide cells can be found in many consumer items such as camera light meters, clock radios, alarm devices.
I have done a few experiments on how this sensor behaves with the different light spectrum and wave intensity.

Hello sir.. I think its work like that the most darkest surface like black it detects value was less according to light surface like white that's why it gives different reading.

Reading changes because black absorbs a lot of light waves and white reflects a lot of it

Sir i was working on a project and in that i connected ldr with direct but it doesn't take any load on circuit even i flashed torch Direct to ldr after then it takes a fraction of voltage. Ldr is working properly if you know something about this then plz help me soon as possible.
