Time will always feel slower because you want it to be over already while it's not, especially while you're also not enjoying your time. Time will seem to go by faster when you're not looking forward and hoping that something will come to an end, especially if you're enjoying your time then time will go by faster since you aren't keeping track of it and eventually a good time has to come to an end. That goes for anyone of any age doing any kind of activity.

@staticbuilds76136 ай бұрын
@@timspiker It speeds up everything including ourselves. So we wouldn't notice time going faster as everything on earth would speed up equally from the black hole. When a black hole or singularity affects time we perceive it as everything else slowing down or speeding up on a large scale (outside or solar system)It's hard to understand as humans as we can't imagine stuff on that scale naturally. In short if a black hole could effect our time, it would effect everything from the sun to Pluto equally unless we were inside of the black hole. Everything in it's effect would feel normal but outside would appear to be moving quickly.

It really does feel like the pandemic changed our collective perception because the momentum of our lives kinda stopped with a "pre-COVID" and "post-covid" mentality. when everything re-opened in 2021, the year that followed felt SUPER long for me because everything felt new and I was going to new places & leaving my house. Then I got used to it, and the days felt less and less interesting & blurred into each other, and now it's November 2024. But my mind still feels like it's stuck in 2020-21 and nothing really feels different compared to how 2016 felt to 2020.

Hopeefully you have gathered lots of new experiences and been able to "slow down" time! I am now 40 and it feels that years have flied away very fast, but as you say in this video, we are able to slow down it. I personally have noticed this within last couple of months after purchasing different cameras. After those purchases those have sparked my love for photography again and I have been in lots of different new places for me within last couple of months - some nearby towns, cities, lakes, churches and chapels, and what-so-ever places and I have noticed that time have went muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuch slower. After photoshoots I have started to print some amont of photos (normally something around 5 to 20 I think) and when I watch those printed photos within couple of next days, it feels like it has been months or weeks at least when I have been on those places even it has been less than a week ago. That have made me really believe that there must be truth in this assumption that time goes subjectively slower when we experience new things since my perception for time have shifted. It just feels fun to look photos and feel like those have been taken long time ago and it has been less than a month ago, on some cases even three days ago :)

Now I'm older and I can only do one of those things and my sleeping schedules are a mess because one day does not feel like one day. I don't know if this is because our perception of time is shorter. I think time is actually getting shorter. We have moved our relative position in the universe and it's totally possible that time is getting actually shorter. I have been graduated from highschool for nearly 10 years now and I can't even remember it. In school, every day felt so long. I counted the seconds of every class to end. Now I close my eyes for a second and suddenly it's been a month. I quit my job in 2021 and went on a vacation with the assumption I'd just get a job when I got home. It's near the end of 2024 and I haven't gotten a new job (not that I haven't been looking) I do remember that vacation though, even though it was long ago. This whole thing just sucks.

The powers in charge are messing with time. There is a galactic war and they keep resetting the time loop to go in the direction each side desires. Think of a “Y”. To the left is destruction, to the right is peace. Each side has control of this phenomenon. I personally have experienced the changes. I have a clock in my house I watch sometimes moving and changing weird. I have also had many times, a rush of something and things in my house are slightly rearranged. When that happens, my dog stops and looks at me. One time she wouldn’t come to me as if it wasn’t the same me. Could be dimensional but I know there’s a time war going on too.

Was thinking about this the other day. I'm 34, and when Pokemon came out I was 8-9 years old. When I think about that craze now it feels like an eternity ago. When I was in my early 20s however it *also* felt like an eternity ago. Back then was when the huge k-pop craze began with Gangnam Style and the like. There is this girl I know(yeah, she is the age where you can call her girl), who's 21 years old. She was 8 years old when the k-pop wave began, so when she thinks back at that time, like when Gangnam Style broke the viewer record with 1 billion, it feels as old to her as Pokemon feels to me. Edit: Interesting what that dude in the beginning said about when half of your life is over. Back when I was 27 years old, I wrote a comment on youtube stating that the last 4 years had gone by so fast. From the time I was 23. Hah, the coincidence.
