I love that you plan for the week ahead on Fridays or Sundays, that's what works best for me too! We actually have an ongoing series where we plan together for the week ahead. It's such a great way to stay organized and inspired!

Hi I love how organized you are, and i used to do this when i was teaching but when i retired, i found it was too much to have so many tabs so i like several planners. i have a monthly and weekly calendar in front of me as one planner. I will make a routine page for cleaning and one for seasonal cleaning that i laminated and keep in front to reference or transfer tasks to my weekly planner. I keep a monthly project list page with each month to reference and transfer to my weekly planner. I like looking at the whole week. I just moved my budget and meal planner to another planner to keep with my calendar one. That way i can grab that when i need it. I have a separate craft business planner in my craft room. I use it to list all my different projects and steps, directuons to make some of them, as well as the business plans i learned that i reference. I transfer daily steps to my weekly planner. I do reallt like your task check off page where you list projects on the side and tasks to complete up top. I might try that. I keep a small medical planner (a small journal) in my purse for when we see the doctor. My husbamd os disabled so this is handy. I am also a post it note girl and use them for quck reminders. I use them when i go out to hang in the car of places i am going to (could use my phone), on a letter/package where it needs to go. It is handy and quick. I even put them on the door to rememberto take something/on a food item in the fridge/on the counter . That way it is a quick way to remember . That is much quicker than checking my planner all the time. Sorry for the long comment. Thanls for what you do

I love how you’ve made your planners work for you-it’s so organized and fits your life perfectly. It’s inspiring to see how intentional you’ve been about creating a system that actually works, rather than copying someone else’s setup. That’s such a win! I also love your laminated cleaning routines-I have one on my fridge too, and it’s a total lifesaver. one tip I love is snapping photos of important pages as a digital backup, it’s such a handy trick in case something gets misplaced. Having multiple notebooks/planners is such a brilliant way to avoid lugging around a huge planner when you only need specific information. You’ve really nailed your system, and it’s inspiring-thank you for sharing!
