Been on carnivore for four years. I lost weight, no more arthritis pain, no restless legs, no depression, no insomnia, no itchy skin. What's been very surprising is i don't get sunburn any more and no matter how much i exercise, i don't get muscle pain. Oh, and, no more IBS.

This would explain why there are some youtubers (who document their cancer journey) who claim they were vegan, exercise, didn't have any bad habits (smoking, over eating, etc) and still got some terminal cancer nowadays. It makes sense👍

Yep. Like Krocks in the Kitchen. Jessica had been plant based for a couple of years and then got an aggressive cancer. Of course, the C19 jab is causing turbo cancers also, so that could come into play.

I know. And I was on a fcbk group about treating cancer naturally, and someone made a post asking if there were any vegans that have or did have cancer, and there were many that answered yes. I ended up back and forth with some vegans that were still insistent that eating meat causes cancer. There are actually some flawed studies out there attempting to show this, but some have broken the studies down and shown their flaws,but that’s where some of the vegans are getting their info.

This turned out to be true in my case, anyway. Since I cut down grains, sugars and most of plants I couldn't believe the change. Everything is better, no stomach problems, lost 8kg in a month, hypertension gone down significantly

so I have a question so how come those who are in alkaline diet has manage to heal themselves from cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure if its the carbohydrate the one is causing us harm? I haven't seen anybody answer this question to us

Had my fertility consult with Dr. Kiltz on June 23 almost 3 weeks ago. Dived full force into carnivore that same day. I am feeling so much better and sleeping amazing, waking up feeling rested. First week I had a few days of diarrhea as expected but now I am in a great rhythm. With all the diseases I’ve suffered with (gluten intolerance, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, Reynauds, endometriosis, ADHD, chronic yeast and urinary tract infections, and had Ureaplasma infection in March, 5 years of infertility) I am hoping with this new way of life to continue down this path of health and wellness. No more symptoms, I have energy, no fatigue, no more pain, or bloating or IBS) Mind blown. 🤯 Shared this video with several loved ones. I’m learning a lot! Thank you Dr. Kiltz for your lion-like courage to share this controversial knowledge that is going to rock this nation to its core once it catches on

I have been eating more meat. I wasn’t raised on much meat. I have done WW pretty much my whole adult life. My eczema was at its worst when I was eating mostly vegetarian. Recently I have been eating more fat and meat and it is so satisfying. I feel so much better mentally and physically and no eczema!!! thank you Jesus!!!

The difference between me in my optimum healthy state and me bloated with skin problems, was a bowl of lettuce a day. I was doing animal meat and lettuce. After 5 weeks, I eliminates the lettuce. Miraculous changes in my skin took place and my gut has been calm and serene ever since.

This is so amazing, for me as well. I was on keto, but still eating some greens. Still had problems. Only when I left only animal products did I start to really thrive.

Interesting. Yea it was mind blowing to me last week to learn how fiber can prevent the uptake of nutrients. It’s been touted as a way to prevent the uptake of sugar so you don’t have high blood sugar but 😂😂 it actually prevents the uptake of everything. Then there’s the antinutrients.

Eating fat/meats will get you heart disease, right?. To avoid my father's heart disease, I went 'low-fat' for 20 years. What I was not aware of is that low-fat = high-carb = high-sugar = damage to the glycocalyx = damage to the vascular endothelium = coronary artery disease = early death. Oops! After the heart attack 4 years ago, I went low-carb. Low-carb is high-fat. Scary, right? Total BS. I'd recommend the high-fat diet to anyone. Plants are the source of 100% of sugar. Avoid cancer. Avoid heart disease. Avoid plants. Eat animal fat, mainly seafood and beef, eggs, dairy. Zero fake food. You'll feel better, return to your natural weight, and your glycobiome will heal. Dr. Kiltz is right.

Hello Dr. Kiltz. I was diagnosed with Polysethemia Vera 3 years ago. My oncologist told me that there is nothing that I can do to keep my cancer from growing or keep it from diminishing because it was a genetic disorder that took place at conception. She did tell me that I need to live a healthy lifestyle. I was about to begin consuming the mediterranean diet when a friend of mine told me about only eating meat. He was quite a chunky guy and lost 40 pounds in 6 months. He is now pretty fit for 65 years old so I have decided to do the same thing. Beside my friend, I don't have any outside encouragement or know anyone in my realm of influence personally who is eating this diet and/or has embraced the idea. I listen to you and doctor this guy and that guy and the Steak and Butter gal so you are my only influencers at the moment. I am still drinking lemon water with pure cranberry because it helps me swallow water better. I used to drink beer like a fish and drinking plain water almost makes me want to vomit. I have been snacking on dry roasted almonds and dark chocolate for years and I am concerned about letting that go as well. I am eating red meat and eggs and butter and drinking as much water as possible. I am also eating fatty cheeses because it's easier for me to chew my steak due to the fact that I am missing 8 teeth. Are there any other things that I could do to keep going because I need to drop 35 pounds before my birthday next January. I just turned 60 years old and want to be 190 pounds fit by then! Thank you for telling me the truth and turning the food Pyramid on it's ear because as a former trained professional French chef I have been pushing my food around on my plate for way too long! Just do the best you can. Others don't believe or are unwilling to believe plants and the foods we've been eating (bread, cereal, etc) could possibly be the problem. I miss chocolate, but I don't miss the gut issues I was having.

That’s terrible, try to show her some videos from kiltz, berry, Chaffee etc and explain to her why these things aren’t meant to be happening. Maybe she’ll notice how she may have some of the symptoms they mention come from plants, and malnutrition..Acne, hair loss, fatigue etc

@@graemechristopher4008 i don't doubt that some vegetables are bad but many people live into their 90s eating fruits, vegetables, meat fish etc...i believe meat is a good superfood but i do believe processed foods, refined sugar and fried foods might be the wrong foods to ingest. i think moderation is the key and the quality of the produce. Things like mental health is also a contributing factor in longevity. We need less stress and more human interaction in our old age.

@@camcorp Exactly what im talking about. Eating only meat is making your body impaired for digesting other foods. The problem is with the food quality in States. Im living in Central Europe and we eat a lot of meat, but a lot of carbs too and we are considered rather healthy. Drinking is something else :), but I mean to eat everything with a limit, do sport, take care of mental health, spend time with family/friends and you will be good. You ve got work balance broken too.

I see more cognitive dissonance in people about this stuff than pretty much anything else. They can’t fathom not eating veggies!! And I used to consume more veggies than anyone I ever met!!! But when the TRUTH finally came my way I grabbed hold tight and dove right in!!!!🔥❤️🥩

I think it's really about your microbiome health and ability of what gut bacterial species you have being able to break down sugars properly. That's why I believe that several folks "feel better" on meat or keto diets. There are a whole different set of bacteria that take over your gut when you exclude carbohydrates and fibers, and many of these are likely more easily available to colonize the gut than those needed to break down plant materials, relating to aerobic and anerobic species. Those plant phytochemicals are extremely healthy and necessary for health when utilized and broken down properly in the body.

Absolutely correct. People continually tell us that the microbiome are there to feed us and look after our digestion when in fact, they're only feeding themselves. The more junk people eat, the more bad micro, we're breeding.

It just does not make any sense, I know on youtube you have people when recently feel better by eating something they start bashing something else to make money...either go carni crazy and bash vegans or vice versa. No one is ever studying what people ate eating who lived 90+ years old with good health most of the times. Infact I have so many people I personally know who were pure vegetarians from day 1 of their life(meaning for 90+ years they ate carbs and vegetables everyday and they had 4+ children and lived good life) and I have seen people who ate meat for most of the life and healthy as well. I truely believe chatgpt will take over these fake healthcare advisers who lie or present incomplete info or they do not understand how world works. Remember fat was bad 20 years ago now its carbs and they will start badmouthing proteins after 10 years...

It's an excellent video explained in non-doctor terms. But unfortunately, it conflicts with studies that, according to Mayo Clinic, contradict the good doctor here. Here's an extract: "In research studies, vegans, people who don't eat any animal products, including fish, dairy, or eggs, appeared to have the lowest rates of cancer of any diet. And the Worldwide Cancer Research site says, " Vegan diets have been associated with a reduced risk of cancer." I suppose much of this "evidence" depends on the type of study and who funded it. But you can see how information overload confuses so many folks trying to do the right thing.

Carnivore changed my life! Im not especially strict yet the results have been like magic. My skin and hair are so healthy, and my IBS has really gotten so much better, but most importantly my extra weight ( inflammation) has come off. Exercise is so much more fun with a smaller body! Coworkers want to know if I'm taking the diabetes weight loss drug, which of course i am NOT 🚫 I stay away from sugar, processed foods, and grains. I no longer look to these foods for anything! They are rubbish! Thank you so much! 🌴💎🧬❤️😊

Do you know anything about constipation? I'm not completely carnivore, yet l've had very bad constipation my entire life, enemas is what l have to give some correction for it, if l go 100% carnivore what will heal my intestines? How will l get a movement that is normal? Okay thank you...

@CanadaMMA oh yes. For me it is incredibly difficult to give up sugar and bread. My mind is hijacked by the candida and insulin spikes I have. Not even quitting tobacco has been as hard as quitting eating those poisons. Every day it becomes clearer to me that plants are poisonous, not even slightly harmful, they are fully poisonous.

@Kyle Byrne Good if you don't have issues but your body has hard job making all the enzymes necessary to break down the individual proteins for different foods, so the digestive process is less optimal when you mix up your food. This is why our lovely governments tell us to eat "everything in moderation" which is mostly not digested (hence 3/4 times a day to the bathroom) and why most people in western society are unhealthy

I eat meat eggs and a little raw cheese daily from a local farm..no plants no bread. ButcherBox saved my budget and is really good quality. Take all the other sh...in your kitchen and put it in the garbage. Meat is easy to cook just youtube it and throw some butter on when it's on your plate you'll be a pro in short order just get started. Oxalates are one of the poisons he is speaking of very hard on the body...from the pit of hell especially spinach and kale avoid at all cost. Skip breakfast eat lunch and an early dinner to start and eat a lot of meat eggs and butter to sustain the fast. Start at like an 16 hrs fast with an 8 hrs feeding window then work down to OMAD 3 or 4 days a week. Once the body gets fat adapted is pretty easy. Drink a little bone broth with butter bacon fat and salt in it if you have cravings in-between.

@@tanyasydney2235 there is plenty of cases proving this. My point is fruit sugar/simple sugar RAW is not the same as "sugar" you need to understand the difference. I eat 90% meat 10% raw honey and raw fruit. NO vegetables. You will not get sick eating real food.

They all break down to glucose a metabolic poison when derived from exogenous sources. The liver will make all the glucose the body requires through the process of gluconeogenis using fat and if necessary protein as a substrate. The fiber in them causes mechanical damage to the gut. These are also packed with toxins and antinutrients that the plant uses to defend itself. They also contain industrial seed oils, also deadly metabolic poisons.

There is no causal link to meat causing cancer. None. The claim if you read it carefully is for an elevated risk of a factor of 1.17 for red meat and 1.18 for processed meats which sounds all very serious but is in fact statistical improbability. What they don't tell u is that any results under a 1.2 result is statistically unreliable. And that is from trials/data collection that failed to isolate sugar/carb intakes from the subjects whose diets were studied. This is nothing short of propaganda.

Great, plants are deadly. If that is the case, avoid them 100%. All of the following come from plants: every spice, every herb, every condiment (ketchup, mustard) vinegar, vegetable oils, soda, alcoholic beverages, bread, pasta, candy, breakfast cereals, cigarettes, marijuana, heroin, morphine. For beverages, choose water, milk, urine or blood. That rub you use to barbeque, just use salt. Don't use vegetable oils, use lard. If what the good doctor says is true, then put it to the test. All poisons are toxic. Why would you voluntarily add black pepper, mustard, vinegar to your barbeque slow and go pig? Go 100% animal based and live long and prosper. Wait just a minute, you can't barbeque with mesquite wood. Wood and charcoal come from plants. Those plants are everywhere! You have to be on your guard to keep those pesky plants away from your mouth. FWIW, T Colin Campbell, Phd. wrote "The China Study" where he demonstrated with lab mice that he could turn on Cancer and turn off Cancer by changing the diet. Simply put, 5% protein from plants or animals turned off the Cancer EVERY TIME. 20% protein from animals turned on the Cancer EVERY TIME. 20% protein from plants turned off the Cancer EVERY TIME. Needless to say, the American Cancer Society and the American Medical Association and the CDC and the FDA ignored this groundbreaking work. If this is true, you may want to ensure that only 5% of your calories come from animal protein to avoid or to reverse Cancer.
