Probably the best you'll get until NDA's run out. Typically 1-5 years depending on the situation, but average I've seen are around 2. If you show an indefinite NDA you'd likely get laughed out of court (In America) assuming it wasn't something for the military and even then sometimes.

The way I see it, Corpo is supposed to give you support to get your talent across in a way that works for them, ideally both parties. Most of the time I see folks leave because the talent wants to do things the corpo either can't or won't let them do. With the added stress and the leashed creativity, its understandable.

At the end of the day it's a business. And if it's a business that's owned majorly by shareholders who only care about money instead of someone who started the company and cares for it, it will go to hell after a while Sectors which involve directly presenting talents of people involved and interacting with public cannot be run by people looking for maximum profits. Also besides that at the end of the day it's a business so it has to work with a bunch of rules, if you can't fit in, it likely won't work out, some jobs are just inherently stressful and lots of work

yeah its pretty much a business like Disney etc. You get a character to play and you play by their rules to maintain the fantasy they're trying to sell. The business model works very well when executed correctly but its not for everyone and that's ok, too.

TBH you'd be too unhinged to be in a corp. It's not like you could talk about cannibalism on a daily basis under a brand name. But I wish I could get to see an orc as an idol, on stage and singing an original song. Even if he has two left feet (or right, I think you're a south paw but I could be wrong) and a knee injury, or he doesn't think he has the pipes for a live rendition of literally any Kenshi Yonezu song. Love you regardless of where ever you may be. Your content helps me get through rough patches in my life. The one thing that i would disagree with is that vtubers are usually graduated for being a brand-risk. Historically, the most common reason has been them breaking their contractual obligations, like breaking an NDA.

Stress makes sense,Any Corpo vtuber Agency Will have some amount of stress just like any other job,Even the greater companys will still have some sort of stress, Especially Since working at an agency usually means more eyes are on you even if they aren't supporters of you and just knows the Agency,being a Content creator means that you don't only have to worry about the opinion of your higher ups,But also the general Public.

I remember a vtuber I used to watch once praised a company because it had given their agency perms for all their games, even though the company is objectively bad. I figure having to make statements like that would cause a vtuber to wish to leave their agency. It sucks when it doesn't work out, but sometimes it can lead to finding new people and following them into their future projects, and that's pretty cool.
