That aerator is interesting. Suspect it would help chop some of the brush encroachment I get on the edges of my pasture.

Funny you say that @chadtosh6831. These aerators have brush clearing ratings, and in places like Texas and Florida, they are heavily used for clearing. Check out some of their videos online and on their website to see how they handle the brush, it's impressive!

Do you notice a difference is the height of your crops with airated vs. non-airated? (i dont think I spelled that right)

the over head view kind of looks like the non aerated test was done on a spot that had seen a fair amount of traffic

Maybe by appearance, but no, both test areas were side by side in the middle of the field, and a significant distance from the east fence line.

very Informative video. never seen this thing before. May offer a wish - when you explain things please turn off the music. I´m from Germany, so english is not my main language and it´s a little hard to understand everything you tell when the music plays. If you redo the test every seven days how long will the results remain the same?

Thats a very good question! Our soils aren't very silty, and have lots of organic matter, so I would hope to think the moisture would be retained and conserved. Your feedback might just have sparked a new trial!
